I would like to express my sincere appreciation to **Jamil at Otto Car’s Colindale branch** for the exceptional service, professionalism and support he provided to me during what was an extremely stressful and upsetting situation.

I arrived at the Colindale branch very worried after discovering that my vehicle contract with Moove had been terminated without my knowledge and the vehicle had been transferred to Otto Car. At the time, I genuinely thought I was going to lose my vehicle, which caused me a great deal of stress and frustration.

Despite how upset and concerned I was, **Jamil remained calm, patient, polite and extremely professional throughout**. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained the situation clearly and, most importantly, reassured me that he would look into the matter and try to find a solution.

Jamil subsequently helped bring the matter to a positive resolution, confirming the arrangements that would allow me to settle the outstanding balance, retain my vehicle and have the V5C transferred into my name.

What impressed me most was the way Jamil dealt with me as a customer. He did not become impatient or dismissive even when I was understandably upset. Instead, he treated me with respect, communicated calmly and gave me reassurance at a time when I genuinely needed it.

Customer service is not only about dealing with straightforward situations — it is about how you treat people when something has gone wrong and they are worried and frustrated. **Jamil demonstrated exactly what excellent customer service should look like.**

🛑AVOID OTTO CAR Very poor customer service. Emails are ignored or not properly read, and the service is not professional at all. A lady from the PCN team has been particularly unhelpful and does not seem to properly understand or address the issues raised. It feels like there is only one person dealing with PCNs, with no proper support or communication.Very disappointing experience

I was served by Abu today at the Streatham branch when collecting my vehicle. I want to say he has excellent patience and demeanour with my situation. I am Deaf and need time when being dealt with. He was patient and understand. He was helpful and professional. He explained everything to me clearly and still gave me additional advice as I am a new private hire driver. This is an absolute joke of a company, hired a vehicle short term on a part time basis, vehicle had its MOT and Vehicle inspection due during this period.

As I was on an allowance of 400 weekly, this was part time basis, to take the car to one of their test centres which are in London and me being in Luton they said to me that it will be deducted from my weekly allowance.

They said get it done locally and we will reimburse you the amount which was £50. Now they are saying we only give up to £40 if you had it done from another garage.

It’s taken about 20 calls to get my deposit back and 3 weeks of going back and forth.

You will be making the biggest mistake for taking a vehicle off them believe me when I say that and you’ll be thanking me later
