I ordered glasses that were displayed as available, only to be informed the next day that the model had been discontinued and my order was cancelled. Despite this, the payment was subsequently charged to my account.

Customer service repeatedly claimed that the refund had been processed but failed to provide the proof, processing date or transaction reference I specifically requested. Their latest email stated that the details were provided “below”, yet no details appeared and there was no attachment.

Their replies are vague, repetitive and do not properly address even straightforward questions concerning a customer’s money. Selling an unavailable product and then providing such careless and ineffective customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

No se les ocurra comprar aquí, pedí unas gafas me las enviaron erróneas, se comprometieron a devolverme el dinero del envío y enviar las gafas correctas y cuál es la sorpresa? Ni gafas correctas ni dinero del envío, una gran estafa

Habe mir sonnenbrille bestellt da ich dachte dass sie schnell geliefert werden, so wie geschrieben......das war nur ein Traum. 2 wochen später sind die Brille angekommen, leider hab gebrauchte Brille bekommen. Hab mich gemeldet bei denen, habe Fotos geschickt mit alle kratzer die drauf waren auf alle Seiten und ich warte auf eine Rückmeldung seit 5 tage. Finger weg von diese Website, oder lassen sie nicht verarscht von diese Menschen.
Ich werde definitiv eine Anzeige machen!

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA , me enviaron las gafas en un color equivocado, tuve que hacer la devolución desde España por Correos y SER YO quien pague el envío. 33 EUROS, se los reclame ya que el fallo de de ellos y aún estoy esperando que me devuelvan el dinero . Y ya no me responden los email .

Ordered the Porsche Design P8392 C in Gold for €297.50, listed as "In Stock" with 5-7 days delivery. Shortly after payment, I was suddenly told the item would take 25-30 days, then that it wasn't available at all. The seller confirmed in writing that the order was cancelled and the full amount would be refunded, but still charged my card and has not refunded me to this day. The supposedly nonexistent variant is still advertised as available right now. Complete waste of time and nerves, had to open a PayPal Buyer Protection case. Stay away.

In primo luogo prezzo piu basso dei concorrenti e in generale nel negozio ho visto molte offerte interessanti.

Very disappointing experience with Ottica. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, but after more than two weeks of contradictory information and very poor communication, I am now in the process of requesting a refund through PayPal.
The whole experience has been extremely suspicious and has honestly left me feeling that this company may not be trustworthy. I would not recommend Ottica.

Am 16.7. habe ich eine Lozza Zilo 2.0 bestellt und erhielt 1 Tag später von OtticaIT die Mitteilung, dass Lieferschwierigkeiten bestünden. 1 Nachfrage und eine Mitteilung mit Fristsetzung für die Nennung eines Lieferdatums blieben unbeantwortet. Die Lozza ist bis heute nicht angekommen. Das Geld wurde über Paypal zurückerstattet.

Ottimi prezzi e la consegna è stata veloce. Circa 3 giorni. Consiglio.
