Absolutely brill product and Mark and Tristan did a perfect job on fitting ... awesome!

We had our windows fitted by Mark & Paul. They were polite, efficient, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards Couldn’t ask for more.

Paul fitted a new door and surround for me. He was polite, tidy and very thorough, and I am very pleased with the results.

Terry and Bob installed my new windows and doors this week and they were great! Friendly ,polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They both worked really hard despite the heat and i am really happy with the results of their labours!!

I had all my windows and doors replaced six years ago with Otter windows . The product and service excellent and continues to be. John came around with a replacement handle and fitted it free of charge. I also want to thank Debbie who is always so kind and helpful.

We had two doors fitted yesterday, a front door and a side door into our garage. Right from the start Otter windows have been great. They sent out a very professional man who told us all about their products before giving us a price and ultimately a discount. On the day, Ian and Chris arrived with the doors. They were polite and fitted the doors perfectly. They left the house tidy and offered to take our old doors away. The house and garage both look great and just how we imagined it.
