I'm always wary when dealing with overseas websites. Worst part is the lack of communication. I stumbled across OTC online-store, saw good reviews so thought I'd try it out. Wow! Really good selection of products. One I had been getting regularly from a different site, but it was cheaper here. Shipping does take a while to get to the US, but it always gets here. And Pavel actually responds to emails quickly! I found my new supplier and have been very happy.

Just want to leave a quick review and pay it forward, as when I was researching this store I could not find much about it online other than the TrustPilot reviews here.

I ordered a number of products from OTC that I'd had my eye on for a while. The store owner was polite and helpful, and payment was straightforward. Shipping was reasonable, items were well packed and parcel was discreet. Full tracking provided via 17Track and parcel arrived 13 days later at my door in the United Kingdom.

Really happy and will definitely use again. I nearly bought the same items from another well known vendor whose prices are extortionate in comparison. Instead I took a chance on OTC-Store and very glad I did. Happy to support a family business.

An average cough lasts a fortnight give or take ppl buy a cough mixture ,voila, coughs gone in that fortnight,anything more consult a doctor.
Lemsips and the other powdered remedies pricy non effectual rubbish I know I've tried them the only good thing is some taste good, apart from Beecham's powders they taste yukky but they do get rid of headaches or the sweats, because I have a blood pressure problem I'm not supposed to take decongestants unless it's got some word beginning with P and ending with ine but I googled this and these particular decongestants don't work in fact there is no cure for common colds so save your money and sweat the bugger out, uncomfortable but that works for me

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this online store and took a risk to order. Pavel was a great communicator. The tracking app was great. I knew where my package was at any given day. It took 20 days to deliver to West Virginia. Very careful packaging. Haven’t tried the supplement yet but hope it’s the same quality as the one I bought before.
