uk order, from dispatch to arrival was 11 days. Paired with cheapest shipping prices around from russia around 8gdp. great product prices also. only problem i see people having is only btc acceptance when it saves fees on both ends?

The website listed a UK registration address, and it gives the impression of responsible service. However, the payment procedure is misleading - there are no card payments available; only the option to order by purchasing Bitcoins through a third party.
They have a small print "liability section", presenting themself as merely an agent. However, this task also failed successfully - ​​it turned out that one of the items of my order was "out of stock," which I only found out about after receiving a photo of the order ready for posting. There was no communication whatsoever. The money for the item has now been deposited into their system, and there is no way to withdraw it.
The parcel was in transit for seven weeks, and eventually, I received one item, an ointment, out of the 5 items I originally ordered. It cost me 60 euros.
The company didn't bother to answer my email.

I placed an order on the 14th of February and received it (finally) 5 minutes ago. Everything is legit ,so happy that it has finally got here (Ireland). I can recommend their store 100%.

Atrocious payment methods! Was really looking forward to place an order , but payment methods taking you to some suspicious third-party sites to pay in bitcoins. Really???!! Not pro efficient at all nor secure.

I have orderd few things, my order arrived in time, no problems with customs since I live in Croatia. I am happy with my order! also needed some assistance with payment they have helped me!

Items were well packaged. The expiration dates were over two years in the future. It was an excellent job. I am very happy with purchases. I would buy from again. Job well done. Thank you very kindly for your hard work and attention to detail.

I will describe my case thoroughly. On the 29th of December 2025 I made an order.

On the 22nd of January 2026 order arrived at Irish custom. To my suprise the sender didn't add correct custom declaration for items I ordered therefore the package didn't clear the custom. Now since Ireland doesn't ship anything back to Ireland my parcel stuck at Irish custom.

After several emails rupills just stopped answering my emails to solve the issue. It was not my fault and they apparently not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

It is sad that they treat their loyal customers this way..

I have only one question. Why I can't change the product after 14 days? Only two weeks and I can't change it. Even if I open. The product is good, that's true but in some days I will need another one and I hope you will see my comment and will return in back and send me the new one

Received Semax and Selank recently, shipping wasn't the fastest but considering price it's well worth it. Support is amazing they reply to emails relatively quickly. Would recommend 10/10.

Ordered a 100 euro order in early January which was stalled due to newest Russian Post customs regulations and I was really scared it wouldn't come. I am in Croatia and even though Russian packages would be probably scanned by customs it passed through. The package came in early February and it passed nicely :)
I am really happy with customer service and discussion over telegram. I made a new order immediately as well.

The package with the goods was sent but was detained at customs. I contacted the seller but he is not responding. My package was returned to the sender in Russia by customs because the import of medicines into the EU is prohibited.

Package got rejected at the customs. Not sure why you are shipping via post instead of GLS/DHL which is much more likely to pass thru customs

Have not received my order and of course can't get my money back.
