I am a first-time customer. I found out about OTC via a reddit thread I was in. Living in the USA, I've had issues with Customs and was worried I may never get the product. Pavel was great with communication and assured me it would arrive. He split my order into two shipments. The first came within 18 days and the second never arrived to me. Pavel reached out and said it was returned to him. He reshipped it the next day. 29 days later the second shipment arrived. I am very happy with the quality of service. There are so many products available on the OTC site. The prices are excellent and I will definitely be back again.

They have everything, shipping to Serbia was as expected, took a bit longer to get thru customs but it arrived. Genuine products but I wish it was not just cripto payment. Would be much nicer for me to pay with paypal or wise... I hate cripto... But rest of things are fine. Meds the have are life saving.

I have still yet to try some products but excellent shipping, I am very confident in the quality of the products. 10/10 trusted source.
