feel totally let down.
Was given the website by a friend who said try their shoes, they are superb. Promptly ordered a pair and was really looking forward to what came. Lovely surprise opening the box, shoe horn, shine pad, and even a set of smart blue extra laces. Top notch and a lovely touch.
Both shoes in a lovely individual bag, removed the first shoe and noticed a blemish on the leather on the top at the front, then noticed stitching was out and the inner was loose. Not what I expect. Then the returns process, over complicated and clearly no trust in the customer. But I am going to give them the chance to sort this so the score may change.
Update, I got an email today with demands what I must do etc.. under consumer laws, damaged or faulty items DO NOT need to be returned in original packaging or with additional items as many people will not have this. Although I did still have this and used it. Secondly, they expect you to have a printer available for the label and lastly DPD update you when the item is posted and in reality this company at that point can either refund or replace but instead the paying customer has to sit and wait I'm guessing at least a week to get the item you purchased and they failed to deliver. It's truly sad customer services when the product itself appears to be top notch.

2nd edit now waited over a week and the replacement shoes still not sent or received by evri. Overall this experience has totally put me off ever ordering from this business again and I will return to where I normally buy shoes. Flawed shoes and poor service. Overall completely puts me off and my 2 stars dropped to 1.

No shoes and no service - avoid!!!
I’ve had a very negative first experience with this retailer and would recommend caution in dealing with them.
I ordered two pairs of shoes, which I never received. My tracking link showed them as delivered Feb 28th, which confused me as I was in all day and didn’t receive anything.
Upon reaching out to the company I was told that they were in fact delivered March 1st and that they had a photograph as proof of delivery (an unmarked box outside my building - not my apartment, my building - at the time of the photograph).
I mentioned that either way, I don’t have the shoes I’ve bought and asked what could be done. I was told that they could send me a copy of their Ts and Cs….
Naturally I don’t find this acceptable at all. Fortunately I purchased with my Amex and they will refund me, but I’ve still got no shoes, I’ve spoken to a very rude customer service person at Oswin Hyde and I have to waste time claiming to back via my credit card. So a complete mess around with no upside.
Avoid!
UPDATE: following reply below from the retailer, I am even more adamant that they should be avoided.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods remain the seller’s responsibility until they come into your physical possession.
This retailer doesn’t wish to acknowledge this, do anything to assist, take it up with their courier (esp given that I have information that the apparent delivery was Feb 28th, whereas Oswin Hyde are insistent that it was March 1st - this alone raises questions).
As I said originally, no service at all. Avoid.

As the tracking shows the package was delivered to your building but you have not received it, we would recommend filing a police report for the missing items. This is often a necessary step for both the courier's investigation and for your own records when dealing with a credit card claim.
