Osprey Europe Arvostelua 

I purchased Osprey gift cards online and received invalid/fraudulent gift cards. Osprey customer service confirmed the cards were flagged as fraud but refused to issue a refund or replacement. I have filed complaints with CFPB and BBB. This is unacceptable and I am warning other customers

I had a very positive experience with Osprey customer service. Nay was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond throughout the whole process. I requested spare parts for my backpack, and they kindly provided them free of charge. The support was efficient, professional, and much appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service!

The bag I bought came and it has an amazing build quality, couldn’t ask for anything better. Unfortunately, the resovoar was broken but there support team was extremely helpful and had a replacement sent out straight away. Thanks to Sara for your help!

I ordered two products, a travel backpack and a packing cube. Firstly, really impressed with the daylite 26+6. Unbelievable price to quality ratio, comfortable, light and looks great. I haven’t used it as a personal item on a flight but it’s going to be great for that! The packing cube had a slight defect, so I got in contact with customer service. Sara from the customer service team was great! Timely responses and got a replacement product sent out straight away after sending a photo. This is how customer service should be. The packing cube also looks great and I’m looking forward to using it when it arrives.

I bought a backpack more than 20 years ago, and the backpack itself is in good condition. However, the zip pulls unsurprisingly have worn away over time. Remembering that they have a lifetime guarantee/warranty, I put in a request for a set of replacements. Nay took care of everything quickly and efficiently, and the zip pulls were sent and delivered. If only more companies were like Osprey and more employees like Nay!

Sara resolved my issue straight away, clearly showing how to access the luggage label holder in the Osprey 65 transporter duffel. I had previously tried Copilot which gave me the wrong answer.

J'ai commandé un sac à dos il y a plusieurs semaines. Celui-ci a été indiqué livré chez moi. Ce qui n'est pas le cas. Après avoir fait des recherches auprès du transporteur, j'apprends qu'il a été livré dans un point relais mais ce dernier refuse de me donner le colis car je n'ai pas de QR code pour le retirer.
Nous avons envoyé de nombreux mails au transporteur et à Osprey où la seule réponse est l'adresse du point relais, malgré notre explication que le point relais refuse de nous donner le colis sans QR code.
Nous avons attendu 10 jours pour avoir une première réponse et sommes toujours dans l'attente d'une réponse depuis plus d'une semaine à notre réponse.
Étant donné le prix des produits, ces délais et manques de réponses sont inadmissibles.
J'ai payé pour un sac il y a un mois et j'ignore où il est et je ne reçois pas de réponse.

The information about sizing for a unisex one size backpack were lacking on the Osprey website but Sara in customer service were very nice and helped me!

I had questions about the California Prop 65 warning on an Osprey product, and Sara took the time to give a very thorough and easy-to-understand explanation. She answered everything clearly and helped put my concerns to rest.

Jag letade efter en ersättare till min älskade ryggsäck Radial 26 som jag köpte för sju år sedan och har använt mer eller mindre dagligen sedan dess, till och från mitt arbete och även på helger och semestrar.
Jag fick svar från "Sara" inom bara några dagar med två bra förslag på nya modeller, då Radal 26 tyvärr utgått från sortimentet. Nu blev det mycket lättare att hitta en ny ryggsäck som passar mina behov perfekt. Jag beställde en "Osprey Metron Airspeed 34". Man kan spänna in den till 26 liter så den blir perfekt i storlek samt har alla de features jag önskar.

It took a while to get an answer - so long that my parcel was sent back, which was a bit of a bummer. Return process was smoothe, but becase of the long wait time for CS tickets it delayed my order with 10 days. My advise, hire more CS agents - Sara was brilliantly helpful. Thank you.
