Was told Order#257193 would be delivered by 12/10/22 re phone call to customer care. I complained and was sent a tracking no. Item arrived in Belgium 13/10 Dublin 17/10. I will be in Australia 24/10 before the item is delivered, to the address given in Ireland. Ortorex refuses to refund. There excuse is that the customer must be able to receive the package. Stay away from this company there not an Irish company, as the name ortorex.ie would make you believe.

Do not waste your buying their products they are garbage, sizes are too big, items are way to different from the pictures and when you asked them for return and refund they wouldn’t allow it.

I wouldn't even give this site one star. I ordered a pair of sketchers sandals and what I received was a very cheap version of what I ordered. They were the wrong size and no return facility. Its a Chinese site and a complete scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

UPDATE 1 MONTH LATER. THE 3RD PAIR HAVE NOT ARRIVED, SO I NOW AGREE WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS.You folks with your scammers messages had me worried, but the first part of my order has been delivered and I expect the additional item (ordered just after the first) will have been packed separately. My only complaint is that the email telling me the 'order has been completed' was badly worded, and gave no details of when to expect delivery, nor where it was coming from.

They enter incorrect information regarding delivery times. The products are Chinese but sold with Irish prices. They are incompetent they didn't enter my delivery address correctly and they made me lose the package. They answer rudely and even blame you for not giving you your money back! Great scammers. Avoid absolutely, they will definitely fail.

This is a scam website. The .ie is used to make you think it's Irish. It looks like a nice site. But the products are cheap and poor quality. Products took ages to come so I knew it wasn't local. Chinese name on the package. The orthopedic runners are unwearable. So poor. You contact them then for a refund and they'll tell you they'll refund you 70% of the price. This is obviously their goal. To send out cheap products and get 30% off each sale. I didn't get the 70% they only refunded 30%*. It's a rip off. Scam Site. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

*Update I'd emailed the company to explain that they had given me an incomplete refund. In their defence they have time to rectify this. And I will update on that. They were unhappy with my "disrespectful" review. It seems I should be happy to pay for €84 for items, wait a month for them to arrive then the hassle of refunds knowing the cost of return is too high, and now have to bin the products. To be accurate the shoes are ridiculously poor quality. The insoles are just poor.

I see a lot of negative reviews here but I ordered the OrtorexTM to help clear ear wax and I have to say, I am really happy with it. Took 8 days to arrive

I would leave no stars to be honest . I thought this was an Irish website . I ordered two pairs of the bunion sandals for holidays . They arrived today after two weeks . They came from Hong Kong not ireland . The sandals are cheap and flimsy , they offer absolutely no support for my bunion , the area that is meant to support is way too loose . Material is cheap plastic . I paid €50 for two pairs and they are not even worth a fiver a pair . Tried to leave a review on their website but was unable , tried to phone but the number does not ring . This website is deceiving people . They order from cheap Chinese websites and have them sent to you . Shameful behaviour. My foot is so sore I was looking forward to having sandals that supported and looked good . Complete rip off .€50 wasted in these times is no joke . Do Not order from these scammers , Ortorex.ie are ripping people off and should be shut down . I sent email and got no reply , cannot contact them to let them know how upset I am .

They pretend to be an Irish company, but in fact they order cheap products from China and charge Irish prices for proper products. The size guide is completely inaccurate and the product that arrives looks nothing like the advertised product. It takes forever to arrive, no tracking information is provided and I am truly sorry I didn't check here before ordering. This is a scam, pure and simple and I have been conned. Please don't make the same mistake. They delete negative comments on their site, so it is no indication of how customers actually feel.
I will never do business with them again.

Ordered cavitation machine on July 5th received on Feb 20. The machine is good, been using it for 3 weeks now and i can definitely see progress. Would recommend

This is a drop ship company. Not based on ROI as they would let you believe. If I wanted the wait time for an item from China I would order from a Chinese website for a fraction of the price.

Item took an age to come.product runs very small. No returns label in the package.
