This company is a total scam. They will not take shoes back violating their own return policy. Instead offering an absurd 20% discount on future purchase because "returns hurt the environment" or some total b.s. They are also not where or who they pretend to be. I received a text from +91 country code (which is NOT China) purportedly from USPS that the return I sent back to Orthofit's Fairfield NJ address was being held at the post office and if I did not click on a scam link to update the address my package may be discarded. Fortunately my bank already gave me a credit for the purchase since all USA financial institutions are already aware of the scam company listed on my bank statement as Orthofit Narre Warren Aus. Scammers and thieves will never prosper!

TOTAL SCAM. THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST SHOES AND HAVE NO RETURN POLICY. THEY PRETEND TO BE PART OF ORTHOFEET (WHICH IS A REPUTABLE COMPANY)

I purchased shoes and insoles from this company in October 2024. When I received them they were cheap with cardboard insole and plastic bottoms. The insoles were poor quality. Tried to get a “hassle free” refund as they claim. Went through runaround of asking for pictures, claiming if you try them on they aren’t returnable, offering a 20% partial refund, and finally an address in China to send them back, demanding it have a tracking number, which would cost $66 to ship. I paid $79.90 for shoes and insoles.
Shop is definitely a scam and needs to be closed up so others don’t get taken,

This is an absolute scam.Rubbish quality, very small narrow shoe. Took long time to arrive, and then made very difficult to return. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I think this a scam company that capitalizes off of a company with a similar name, called Orthofeet a company located in the USA, Orthofit is located in Korea but list a USA address. I bought shoes from them that were too small, they denied a return because I tried the shoe on, how else will I know if it fits, every other online or brick and mortar store allows one to try a shoe on. The quality of the shoes are poor, the shoes have a dent in the toe and the soles are made of plastic. I have tried in vain to obtain a return but they will not return my money. On their website they only list 4 and 5 stars nothing below that, this gives a dishonest view of their shoes in my opinion. In summary my advice is do not purchase shoes from this company and do your homework utilizing other websites that will give honest reviews of these shoes.

Having trouble returning pair shoes. I emailed them 10 min after receiving it.

This company should be closed. They won't issue a return or refund, and the quality is very poor. Orthofit said that because I tried on one shoe, they couldn't be returned.

I experienced all the same things these reviews say. Not true to size and if you try on they say the shoes can't be returned. Cost to send back to China is more then you pay for the shoes. I'm going to try to get my credit card company to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY!! These shoes are so cheaply made and they charge way too much for them. They came in a thin plastic bag which damaged them and the proportions are wild. The arch was a whole inch off where it's supposed to be, the opening is way too tight, and the toe box far too big. The website claims that they offer returns as long as the buyer pays return shipping but I've been back and forth with their customer service for two weeks. First, they said they can't accept an item that's been tried on (what?) but took this back as soon as I argued, and now they keep sending me offers of a small percentage of what I paid, all while skirting around the return process. I should have seen the scam but it was late and my feet hurt so they got me. Don't let them get you!

TLDR: These are cartoon shoes and they won't refund your money. SCAM

Do not order. They will ignore you and keep your money. What they send is not what you see online. I filled with BBB and they ignored them too.

BEWARE, This company lied to a direct question asking if these shoes were made in China. They told me the shoes were made in the US and based on that info I ordered them, only to find out they were made in China. In order to get my money back I had to send them back to China at a cost of $50. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Sent wrong size .no way to get ahold of customer service. Will not refund money. Company doesn't practice good work ethics I had to post how much I like the service to make my response. Everyone please don't order from this company it's a fraud

I read the reviews to late. I thought I was ordering from orthofeet. I called my Credit Card company and they credited my account.

This company is a SCAM! They ship the shoes with a 100% money back guarantee (and I have a screenshot of this!) only to NOT allow return. The size 7 was too big, even though that is my normal size. I tried on the left shoe, did not even walk around in it, took if off and placed them back in the original packaging. I couldn't find ANY phone number but sent an email requesting a return address. I also even explained in the email that due to mobility issues and having to use a shoe device on the right foot, that the soft material would not work for me. 11 emails later and after filing a complaint with the BBB, they are offering a 40% credit due "to the shoes being worn"! The BBB couldn't even reach them! The correspondence came back to the BBB as invalid email/address. Buyer Beware! Unless you want to lose your money, do NOT purchase from them! I'd give negative 0 stars if I had that option!!

Do NOT order from this store … the return and refund process is a sham they will NOT give you your money back. They send poor products and the do not allow your to return.

Do not order the from this scam bag. I receive my order try to send back over 4 weeks. No answer at all no customer service only chines people who does not speak a language well.

Good luck with returns or incorrect orders to this company. When I immediately saw that I had somehow ordered two pair of shoes sent email within 1 minute reply came back that the order was processed and that I could return the second pair after receipt for a refund. What a joke, when the shoes arrived they were of poor quality, did not fit, and were the wrong size. Plus being a foreign company the return process was terrible I finally settled for a 30% partial refund after several days of emails and keeping the worthless shoes because of strict government regulation of goods coming into the country looked like more trouble than it was worth.

This is a scam - poor quality shoes from china. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I’m sure they will not honor their return policy. I confused them with orthofeet company when I ordered. I’m sure that’s why their name is so close to theirs. Very poor quality.

If I could give a zero star I would. The do not honor their return policy. Be very careful. Will not order anything from them.

They will not honor their 30 day refund. They have offered 11.00 and 20.00 store credit, a 20.00 refund for store credit, then a 30.00. This is for a 60.00 brand new pair of shoes. They are sorry quality,, not wearable. Now I can ship them back to China at my expense. I am gonna sue them. I do not want store credit. I will never purchase from them again.
