I had a query and Vivian dealt with it promptly and perfectly. The S800 dashcam packs a punch for it's size and cost. Easy to use, great HD screen, and the G sensor for emergency recording is priceless. Customer service (Vivian) has been perfect. Recommended to anyone.

I purchased an ORSKEY 4K 3channel dashcam with a 24 hr parking. Before having it fitted professionally, I ordered a hardwire kit from you. A problem arose when fitting the hardwire kit that I ordered from ORSKEY web site accessories. The kit had a ‘B’ fitting which the dashcam socket was for a ‘C’ fitting.
Note: The photo on your accessory’s website does NOT SHOW the correct lead in the kit and think this needs addressing.

Having had the dashcam professionally fitted with good understandable instructions. I find it unobtrusive to me or passengers. This model keeps an eye on the children on the back seat and also a little eye on the rear side window passing traffic, giving me nearly all around recording. I can say that I am very pleased with the clear recording data it gives day and night, wet or dry. Do you need a dashcam I hear you say well with the standards of driving in the UK deteriorating its nice to feel if anything should happen (God forbid) I have excellent witness recording as evidence and as I’m a professional driver, the wife and I feel safe with OKSKEY on the lookout. On top of that I have an ORSKEY eye watching my vehicle when unattended.
ORSKEY do a number of different dashcams to suit all with a 12month guarantee - don’t forget you pay for what you get with a good back up customer service team which is very alert to any problems you may have and deal a.s.a.p.

I was so pleased with the performance of my Orskey 800 dashcam that I bought a second one for our other car.
Aftersales service excellent too - I asked for a replacement windscreen mount which has just arrived, complete with a spare micro SD card!

I recently purchased a Orskey S680 dash cam which I am delighted with it is a very good dash cam which has multiple features and is very competitively priced at Amazon I would recommend this to everyone

I have had the dashcam for nearly a year now and no problems. It was easy to install and to set up. Good support from the company also as they offered a free 2 year warranty from the start. Had a couple of questions after I bought it and they were answered quickly by Kyki. Just been offered a free memory card as part of the warranty. I would definitely recommend them.

Received the s680 dashcam as a present from my son I work as a taxi driver and the dashcam was a great present had reason to contact the police regarding an incident and they commented on how good the picture was I have to say I'm more than happy with my dashcam and would recommend it to anyone also they have a 1st class customer service

I bought the orskey dash camera about 6mths ago. I did have next base in my car. But thought I would give the orskey dash camera a go as next base is a bit cheaply made and feel flimsy plus at night the next base isn't very clear . The picture quality in day Time or night is Crystal clear with the orskey dash camera it also has split screen so you can view both cameras at the same time and its so easy to use. It feels very well made and sturdy in a nut shell the orskey is brilliant.it has a vivid bright screen very easy to set up I can't rate this company enough or there dash cameras 😀

I got an Orskey front and rear Dashcam, and it’s been absolutely fantastic. The picture is clear and sharp on both cameras. It’s easy to use, and has been perfectly consistent throughout the time I’ve had it. Would absolutely recommend this company and their products. My S900 was a gift and so far I am pleased with it. The recordings are clear and covers a wide area. The only thing I would say is that I didn't find the instructions very clear and I ended up watching some youtube videos to help me understand it more. However, reading other reviews, others didn't seem to have a problem so it may have just been me.

Camera stalls while recording

dash cam bought for fathers day present easy to install hiding all cables and working strait away(82 years old) mount had fallen off yesterday emailed customer service had a reply within the hour from Vivian who said she would replace mount and also upgrade warranty from 1-2years free of charge fantastic customer service would recommend Orskey .

I have had an Orskey dash cam for several years and I am very pleased with the camera's performance. I have had a few issues with failure of the suction mount to the windscreen, but these have been speedily resolved through their customer services and replacements sent to me - no charge.

I bought a ORSKEY S800 Dash Cam from amazon uk and it worked like a charm. I have been using it for a long time and it is still in great working order , so i would think it is an affordable and high quality product.

I got some questions regarding to the camera, so I contacted Orskey and they provided great after sale service and solved my problem, so i am very pleased. I would recommend to friends and family because of their service and high quality product.

A very good useful and reliable piece of car equipment. company very helpful even after out of warranty.

A compact but versatile unit, easy to install and operate with intuitive menu options and it does exactly what it is designed for. I have not road tested the rear camera yet as I am awaiting a complimentary extension lead from Orskey. A shout out for their customer service, they are quick and positive in their responses. If you have any difficulty registering for the warranty send them an email and they will set it up for you. Too early to comment on long term reliability but so far no complaints at all, the picture quality is great and this shows all the more if you export the files to be shown on an HD TV.

As others have said, this is what service is all about. Purchased dash cam obviously a high quality product than similar price points. I had a an issue with registering warranty but was given option to open WhatsApp and within an hour it was all sorted )for two years not one) along with confirmation of complimentary SIM card and rear camera lead for long wheelbase vehicle.

Seriously impressive, way beyond my expectations but great example of how it can be done globally at scale.

I bought 2 Dashcams from ORSKEY ONLINE AT 8 o’clock Wednesday night and got them the next day
At 6-30 that’s what you call SERVICE. This is the
Third time I’ve bought Dashcams 2from different companies and the two times I got them the quality
Was crap and faulty. So I ordered 2from ORSKEY
And as soon as I opened the box I knew I had made the right choice I could tell right away they were a better quality of dashcam I wasn’t wrong I set up one of them in my Daughters car and she loves it going to put the other one in my wife’s car. The kit comes with plug in power lead and another cable to use on laptops they don’t come with a hardwire cable that lets you wire it up to your cars own wiring rather than having it plugged into the lighter socket so I contacted Orskey and asked about the hard wire
Cable and within a couple of hours they got back to me and their going to send me the two cables free of charge 👌👌👌 so if you need a dashcam that work’s right out the box look no further give ORSKEY A TRY YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED 5 stars

My daughter bought me this for Christmas it not only makes me feel safer but makes my family happier knowing that I would have footage of any problems.my insurance should be a lot happier too I’m very pleased.

I contacted customer service as my sd card for my dash cam was stating it was full. I received a whatsapp message really quickly and they provided solutions to my isdue. Cannot fault them. Great service

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I contacted the company on the off-chance they could help me with a failed dash cam. I had no receipt or proof of purchase as it was a gift which was out of the warranty period. They responded quickly, asking questions about what I had tried etc. all of which I had. Even a fitter I called out to look at said it needed replacing. They were brilliant and dispatched a new dash cam to me which is now installed and working perfectly. A shout out to Orskey for helping in this way and restoring my faith in customer service. A very grateful customer. Thank you.
