Wonderful customer service

Excellent customer service. Staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend. We were able to get our tickets price matched as a competitor had a discount on their site. We have bought from OAT in the past and would prefer to get our tickets with you again.

Fab - Will Use Again

Great Communication, only booked our tickets once in Orlando and was bothered about the time difference and 72 hours before the tickets would show in the account, but they were there and ready to use within 30 mins! Clear communication sent with it as to how to link the Disney tickets up to the app via the website first etc. Will definitely use again!

Check your emails very carefully

Check your emails very carefully. Booked an ultimate ticket for what seemed a great price. However checking the email universal tickets were missing. Contacted the customer services to be told they could see the booking and would send an amendment. Didn’t receive anything so checked my account with them. That had increased the price by £1700 without telling me. Spoke to customer service again to be told after a very long wait that there was a website glitch and they wouldn’t honour the original price. Seems to be a common excuse for them after checking some Facebook reviews.

Vastaus yritykseltä Orlando Attraction Tickets

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused.

Unfortunately, following a site update, the Universal element of your order was not calculated correctly at the time of booking. We completely understand how disappointing this was, particularly when the price subsequently had to be corrected, and we appreciate that this does not represent the level of service we expect to provide.

Our goal is always to provide our customers with the best possible experience, and we are sorry that on this occasion we did not achieve that.

Please be assured that we have reviewed the incident with our IT team and taken steps to help prevent this type of issue from happening again.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused and for the frustration this situation resulted in.

Best regards
Frank
