Fantastic service
I placed an order yesterday for my Florida tickets and managed to type my email address wrong.
I called up today and got through instantly to Matthew.
Matthew was so friendly polite and helpful changed my email address and put my mind at ease that I’d booked what i wanted to book. Matthew was excited about my trip and offered really useful suggestions whilst sorting out my mistake

This will be our second time using FloridaTix, the first time being in 2019 for myself and my wife, and this year for myself, my wife, my sister in law and her two children, and as expected the service has been phenomenal, even after i made a mistake with the tickets, janie from FloridaTix sorted it out swiftly and without question. very pleased with their service and will certainly be using again.

Jennie was so helpful. I had bought some tickets and wanted to change them but wasn’t sure if I would be able to. I sent an email last on a Saturday night and didn’t expect a response until at least Monday. Early on Sunday I received a response and numerous replies from Jennie and the tickets were amended. Jennie was so efficient and communicated so clearly. I have always used a different company for tickets but will be using Florida Tix now in future

Bought the tickets early hoping it would be the cheapest.
A week later the tickets were cheaper.
Contacted them and spoke to a very rude lady who didn’t care and didn’t want to discuss it.

Great service as always used a few times over the years. Paid for the £50 cancellation insurance and as we couldn’t attend the Clearwater trip we used this and the money was refunded back into my bank account within a few days.

Customer service has been outstanding! Now, normally I am an incredibly diligent person, but I made a mistake when booking my tickets way back when and I only realised today, when I received my e-tickets and tried to link them to Disney. I emailed straight away and Penny was there responding in a flash. My heart was in my throat as it is a LOT of money! But she was great with her quick responses to my questions and ideas to help resolve the situation. I'm hopeful it has now all been sorted and in a few days, I will be able to relax!

I had tried to purchase multiple times…
I had tried to purchase multiple times on the FloridaTix website but the card payment system was not working. Sarah from customer experience reached out to me and with the help of the IT team managed to resolve the payment portal issues. My review would be 1* if not for Sarah quickly resolving the issue and checking in afterwards to ensure I had managed to link the tickets to my Disney account. Problems happen - how a company deals with that problem to ensure a customer is happy tells me all I need to know. Highly recommend.

Great company to buy from.
Buying tickets was easy and I particularly like the option to pay a deposit and the balance later. Great as there are lots of other costs when planning a trip to Disney.
