Orion Investigations & Intelligence Limited ® Arvostelua

When seeking assistance from a business such as this involves a certain amount of trepidation. Having met with Martyn and explaining my situation, I was immediately put at ease and filled with confidence that I had found the right person/company to resolve my issue.
Having worked with this company I have been proven right. Professional, informative, knowledgeable and discreet are only a few of the words I associate with this exceptional business. Not one for writing reviews I felt the need to reassure others seeking help to reach out. You’ll be extremely glad you did!

Totally professional service with prompt discreet attention. Honest, trustworthy and reliable, highly recommended

I was nervous about discussing matters ; however Martyn was exceptionally courteous and professional in his approach. The matter in question was resolved quickly for me. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Martyn should you require any help in this field .

I used this firm recently, I chose them as they were local to Brighton rather than presenting themselves as being here but actually based somewhere else. I was able to get straight through on the phone, speak to someone for good advice who then completed the necessary work at a reasonable price within a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

very easy communication , prompt service , i would not hesitate to use the service again , if required.

A first class expert and professional service with no compromise to safety or personal information

Traced a relative within 24 hours. I was absolutely gob smacked as all else had failed. Can thoroughly recommend. Professional, discreet and friendly service

Having never used a service of this nature before I didn't really know what to expect. However, Martyn really put my mind at rest throughout the duration of the job I tasked him with. Having never had to use such a service, I was immediately put at ease and felt comfortable from the start with Martyn’s professionalism and understanding in a difficult matter.
I was informed of all stages of the process, a full and clear outline of any costs to be incurred throughout, and Martyn communicated promptly and thoroughly with any questions and concerns I had.
The final results were invaluable, and I cannot recommend Orion Services more highly.

Orion are responsive, understanding, effective and professional at all times, and in my experience they go the extra mile to ensure you get a complete service.

I contacted Orion Investigations on recommendation. I required help with locating respondents subject of a high value High Court action involving an elderly victim. Quickly finding an address for service of a High Court Writ was imperative. Orion Investigations delivered on this in a very timely and efficient manner. I was offered confirmation of a new address for the respondents and service of the High Court paperwork by Orion too. The professionalism and service provided was faultless. Fees were discussed and agreed prior to taking action and dialogue continued throughout the different stages of the follow up leading to proof of service. All in all an excellent service. I would recommend without reservation.
