The Original Memorabilia Company are a great company to do business with. The products are exactly as described and appear on the website. I bought my first signed print about 2 months ago. Delighted with my purchase, I followed up with another. Due to a house move, they stayed protected in the robust cardboard tube they arrived in. Having temporarily forgotten about them, I ordered another print of the same run in error. I explained my situation to The Original Memorabilia Company. They immediately responded by offering me a full refund, or credit for a different print. I opted for the latter, and now have 3 signed prints framed and awaiting wall space!

I bought the ‘Four Candles’ framed print signed by both Ronnies over twenty years ago. At the time they advertised they had a buy back policy should you wish to dispose of your print, often at a price higher than the purchase price.
Time passed and circumstances changed but when I contacted them to try and sell it back they didn’t even bother to reply.

I live in the United States and purchased 2 signed prints. Both arrive in perfect condition and very quickly! I had them professionally framed and all my friends are envious of the prints. I have ordered many items from this company (David Jason, John Cleese, Ronnie Corbett, Alice Cooper, Oasis) and the quality, customer service and dispatch/delivery is completely flawless. I did have a very minor issue with one of the items I ordered, but the issue was resolved the same day and a replacement was sent almost immediately and they were very apologetic, but as I am a regular customer I knew this was just a one off, minor issue. I cannot say anything bad about this company, the products I have purchased are of extremely high quality and they are sent very secure. The customer service is also great and they respond very quickly to any emails. This is how a company should be.

The Original Memorabilia Company offers special unique items for fans of many stars. If you are not a Monty Python or Fawlty Towers fan, you should be. I got an autographed photo print of Fawlty Towers. How wonderful is that? Almost too wonderful for words.
