Coffee itself is decent, smooth enough and the Ganoderma angle is interesting. That said, the price is way higher than what you'd pay at a regular store for similar quality.

Love the products but the customer…
Love the products but the customer service lacks. Transferred money to their account to buy coffee and they couldn’t match the transaction with the invoice so I lost £123.64 and didn’t get my coffee. Very disappointed as the website made it sound like an easy option to pay for the products.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience.
Please note that bank transfer is one of the most commonly used payment methods, and we have a detailed internal procedure in place to verify and match payments. In cases where a transaction does not automatically match an invoice, we perform multiple checks to identify and resolve the issue.
We regret that you are not satisfied with the service, and we want to assist you in the best possible way.
To help us resolve this quickly, we kindly ask you to contact our support team via email at europe@organogold.com and include a preferred date and time for a callback. One of our agents will reach out to you to provide personal assistance and ensure everything is taken care of properly.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you.

Non credo solo a me.
Attendo.... grazie

The Organo Gold coffee was recommended…
The Organo Gold coffee was recommended to me. After purchasing the Gourmet Black coffee with ganoderma mushroom spores I not sure I would change back to my original coffee brand! The taste is excellent and, for an extra bit of luxury, I bought some King of Coffee which I must say is one of the smoothest coffee I've tasted.

I absolutely love the products the company has to offer. I've been drinking the Organo Black Coffee and other products for 5 years. Since the 1st of April 2020. It has changed my life completely.
I am also a Distribution Partner of the company and have been running a successful business for the past 5 years.
I am passionate about the company because I am passionate about the products.
I know the management team personally for the Africa continent and I have met the CEO and Owners as well.
It is not just another scam.
It is real and it is authentic.
I am loyal to the company because they are loyal to me.
