Coffee itself is decent, smooth enough and the Ganoderma angle is interesting. That said, the price is way higher than what you'd pay at a regular store for similar quality.

Thank you for sharing your experience with our coffee. We are pleased to hear that you found it smooth and that you appreciated the Ganoderma concept.
ORGANO coffee is different from a standard cup of coffee because it contains carefully selected organic Ganoderma. This ingredient requires specific cultivation, harvesting and processing standards, with attention to origin, traceability and quality control throughout the process.
For this reason, the price reflects not only the coffee itself, but also the distinctive ingredient behind it and the care taken to offer a product that is different from regular coffee options.

Expensive coffee sketchy claims.
Expensive coffee sketchy claims.
Just research or try to find out actually how much of this amazing exctractnis in each sachet and you will find to get the amount of ganoderma raishi that could give you health benefits probably more than a whole box .
A little test see if you can find out what percentage is in each sachet see how it compares to actual amount recommended for any benefits.

We are sorry to hear that your expectations were not met. We take product transparency and customer care seriously and welcome the opportunity to review any specific concern in more detail. If you would like to share the exact product involved and the claim you are referring to, please contact our Compliance team at eu.compliance@organogold.com so that the matter can be reviewed promptly.

Coffee is not what is advertised
Coffee is not what is advertised, it is instant coffee with no actual health benefits from Ganoderma mushrooms. Customer service is a joke. They make mistakes on your orders, will over charge you, and not take responsibility for it. Be careful with this company. I would advise that you do not use your real credit card to purchase with them. Use a reloadable one.

Disappointing customer service, overpriced products
I feel that although the products are good quality they are overpriced. I have not experienced any particular effects using these products. They are satisfactory, but without any magical effects. I will not use these products in the long run due to the high prices. When I placed my last order, by mistake I put my old address on it, I instantly noticed and asked for a rerouting the order. Organo customer service has not even replied to my request. They seem to disregard our requests and they are only interested in our money.

Order now received and improved Customer Service
Since posting my complaint below my order was immediately dispatched and since then, my orders have been arriving promptly which I appreciate! Thank you
I placed an order with Organo Gold Europe on 2 October 2025, and as of today I still haven’t received my items. I’ve already sent two complaint letters and was promised a complimentary coffee as an apology, but nothing ever arrived—neither the products nor the compensation.
Trying to reach customer service has been incredibly frustrating. The European phone line rarely answers and of late never answers, no one returns voice messages, and there is zero response to written complaints. Even the “leave feedback” option is pointless—it thanks you and then immediately ends the call without letting you leave anything.
At this point, the service feels deliberately evasive, and I genuinely don’t understand why my money has not at least been refunded. This has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Dear Ms. Emma,
We are truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you’ve had with your order and our customer service.
After reviewing your case, we found that your order was completed with a second shipment, which included the missing product as well as additional items added as an apology for the delay. Unfortunately, the missing product had unexpectedly gone out of stock and our replenishment was delayed due to customs procedures.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and for the difficulties you experienced in reaching our customer service. Please be assured that we are taking your feedback seriously and will do our best to prevent similar issues in the future.
Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention.
