I ordered two scarf hats and only received one. Although the tracking info states that the second package delivered I never received it. I was instructed to contact my local post office and provide the tracking number however the tracking number provided was not a valid USPS tracking number. I have filed a dispute with PayPal to hopefully get a refund or I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

SCAM. Ordered a scarf hat and never received it. I e mailed several time requesting my $$ be returned and nothing. I informed them that I went to my local post office and provided tracking number and was informed that the tracking number I had was not a USPS tracking number. I made several attempt to contact them. Without results.

Never received scarf hat. They sent me an email stating I received it with a tracking number. I spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting for a representative from the US post office. The told me they could not track the number. I sent emails that were ignored and I was blocked on Facebook

placed an order on the 14th, thought if I paid express shipping I would get it in a timely manner but it is the 23rd and my order is still in Spain. Never order from here

I ordered measuring spoons and got some type of rubber ice mold..Now they want all kinds of proof of what they sent. I also ordered a Bluetooth in November and have not received it. No telling when or what i will receive. This company is a joke! Never will do business again.!!!!

I ordered two sets of measuring cups and measuring spoons on November 4, 2024 and also included the insurance. Order with coupon was $51.07 and they took $61.28. I only received the measuring cups and they tell me that they cannot do anything because warehouse states they sent the right items - MISSING THE MEASURING SPOONS. They are sorry but will refund me $5 and if I want to order the measuring spoons, which is what I wanted most, will cost me another $25 because I am sure they will add insurance once more. Time to start reporting these companies so their ads can be pulled and they are lucky that one is the lowest one can go.

I purchased two anti-theft travel should bags from REDDNJNK via a sponsored site on Facebook. As yet I have heard nothing from the company and no goods received. Not sure how I can contact them. If anyone else has dealt with them I would be grateful to hear.

What a fool I was! To order a dress from this company reddnjnkco.ltd. Ordered & paid for on 27th Jan, still no dress and don't even ask PayPal for a refund, thry are as bad saying, contact company bla bla. When I contact the company I get a bloody robot messaging me back .... AVOID AVOID .... Rip off! How these owople get away with stuff like this is just beyond me!!!

I ordered what i thought was 2pks of solar lights ,crackle balls, it said pk of 8 colored and a pk of 8 cool white, £19-98, sent for them 27th of january kept messaging them , eventually they came on the 27th of februrary BUT it was jusy 2 -crackle balls 1 of each colour,so got intouch with paypal had to return obviously ,which i did only to have to pay £15-45 OMG WAS I ANGREE. SO LEAVE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY ALONE, ALTHO THY,; PROBABLY CHANGE THIER NAME

Ordered seed trays with grow light but trays arrived with no light these people REDDNJNK CO.LD are con men they knew they were rubbish and asked me to send the back to China at my cost I already paid them £21 do you think I would seriously spend more in the hope of getting my money back Paid by PAYPAL they were useless DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE they use the name Organismt but they are REDDNJNK CO.LD

I ordered some gag Christmas boxes on Nov. 24, 2023 for $95 through PayPal and have yet to receive them. Have tried contacting them numerous times and all they offer is an automated chat session with stock answers and no real comm. with an agent. I did get a tracking number that indicated they were coming from Ireland and made it to US customs but then there automated system said that was an incorrect tracking number for my order. Will dispute eventually but yes this is all a fraudulent operation they are running.

I ordered calendars and paid for express shipping and they are still in the USA. December 21 was the purchase date and here we are. Still nothing I get told it will be updated but updated means nothing when it never went express to start with

I bought this as a wizard hat for playing D&D online. No regrets.

I ordered some albums back in October, through paypal, I have filed a dispute, as of today it has not been settled, the products have not arrived, no tracking number available, no refunds as of yet.. No reccomendations here, other than total fraud. Beware

I got these for my daughter and she really loves them. We got a size 4 since she has some tennis shoes that size, but these were a tad big. At least she will be able to grow into them. For now she just wears them around the house as dress up shoes.

Purchased a phone case and it arrived broken. They refused to refund me even though they say happy to refund if there is a problem. They don't!! Couldn't get money back through PayPal because they had used Friends & Family without my consent or authorisation. It's all a con and they should be locked up! Terrible company. AVOID.AVOID.AVOID!!!

I purchased some key holders from REDDNJNK CO.Ltd. and was told free shipping but they charged me over 26% for sales tax and the covers came and do not work with my key fob. I disputed it it PayPal with no success. I've tried to get return info and no one will help. The reply I get from them is to go through PayPal and PayPal tells me to contact the seller. Big runaround.

I purchased a cell phone cover on the ORGANISMT.COM website worth $24.98 including shipping costs, paid with PayPal. transaction carried out on August 5th. Unfortunately, the paypal history shows a charge of $30.48 on REDDNJNK CO.Ltd. needless to say that the case never arrived, it appears to have arrived in Italy, passed customs and left the distribution center in Caltanisetta on September 2nd. I wrote to customer service many times, first asking for explanations and then asking for a full refund. they keep replying that they will take the problem into consideration but that I have to go to their chat, which I did without getting any solution
