i'm glad finding such a good website with grate productsand worldwide shipment

your prices are fair. i like that.
however, it was imposible for me to get to the amount of money that will benefit me with a free shipping. i dont like to spend money on shipping, so im usually buying another small thing that covers the shipping.
another thing, is i expect mesenger on the chat to be redy to help and unswer my questions. i felt im not getting the help i needed.

Highly recommend!

Highly recommend - my products arrived to the UK within a week! Will always buy from here from now on. Great customer service too; I had a few questions & got instant replies with their live chat option. So happy I found this website :)

Excellent product

I’ve been ordering from here for over a year and I’ve always had a nice experience. Ordering is easy, shipping is fast and the product is incredible. Have recommended others to try this store and they are new customers.

Enjoy Product

Easy accesses and fast shipping! I tried the travel size first to test it out because my skin is super sensitive. Had no issues and so I bought the larger sizes. I was using another brand which was great, but needed something stronger. This has been pretty on my skin!

Don’t recommend this website

I understand the times we are currently in but shipping has taken way too long. Not only that, but you’re pretty much left in the dark about when your items will ship until they actually do. There’s no way to check the status of your order. One of the items I ordered is apparently back ordered but that wasn’t disclosed anywhere on the website otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. I haven’t yet received my items so I don’t know that they’re even legit but this whole process has seemed sketchy so upon receiving my items, I’ll stick to only shopping with ACTUAL authorized retailers.

UPDATE: response to the company’s reply: no, you did not give me an option for refund for the back ordered item.

2ND UPDATE: I received my refund for the back ordered item and received my other 2 items by mail which I am pleased about. However, they will not stop emailing me about editing my review and I don’t like that.

1) We are authorized retailers we work directly with manufacturers.
2) I apologize for the slight delay.

4) Glymed Arnica cream is still on backorder and I gave the option to wait till it will come in or a refund.
Everyone needs to some expectation of the delay during these times even prime products are coming within 2 weeks.

I ordered 5 of the same product and…

I ordered 5 of the same product and unfortunately there was a shortage. I'd contacted to be advised about this and it was suggested to replace the missing ones with another very similar product by the same brand. I was very impressed at the suggestion and definitely went forward with the order. Thank you!
