This is the second time I've ordered Phyris products from this company and thank goodness they have them, because they are nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Couldn't believe how quickly my products arrived, in perfect condition, at a very reasonable price. Also great communication before and after delivery. Will be ordering again when my supply runs out!

Never got a tracking number for my order so I couldn’t track it and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve purchased and still didn’t get anything

8/22/2020 Update: Received correct item. Changing my rate from one star to four star. Couldn’t give five star since it took a month to resolve the problem.

Easy, efficient service

I am very happy with the product and also appreciate your communication about my order. The shipping fees are a bit breath-taking. After the US/Canadian conversion and then the steep shipping fee, a $50 sunscreen (albeit a most excellent one) cost me $100+. Any way around that fee?

The product I had ordered was on back order for almost 2 months. HOWEVER, someone reached out to me via email and asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to wait for my product. This was only a few days after I ordered. I told them no, I would wait. It was on back order everywhere else anyways and I had already given my business to this consumer. I was very pleased with receiving that email and I thought it was very thoughtful of a suggestion. I waited and now my product is on it's way. I received a shipping confirmation right away. I will definitely order from here again. Good things are worth the wait. Honest business' are worth your purchase. Very pleased with the service and communication. Thank you!!

I placed an order for two items. Only one was received with a note the other was back ordered and it was the item I really wanted. There is no indication of an anticipated ship date and it did not indicate it was back ordered when I placed the order.
