I started using Organic Relief CBD oil in March this year when training for a multi day ultra marathon and I was blown away by how it aided my muscle recovery and sleep quality between long back to back runs.

I'm also perimenopausal so my sleep can often be restless and disrupted - the oil has really helped me with this and I always sleep so well, waking up feeling more human!

As a family, we enjoy the gummies.. my son uses them for recovery in between all of the sports that he does.

I use the 30% cbd for sleep and recovery after running and boxing.
Get a great sleep and I feel great for my next 4am run.

I also had pain in my heal.
After about a week or 2 of using the pain is now practically away.
Also have bad skin on scalp it's calmed it down. Still visible but not as sore too touch etc.

I personally use for 2 months then of a week or 2.
Then reuse. Feel it helps me more
