Never again

I had such a bad experience. The website doesn't offer a phone number to call, except a number that's connected to WhatsApp. Took the WhatsApp agent 2 days on average to answer my messages, that's if they were answered in the first place.

I ordered two items, was told one was in stock and the other needed to be shipped and it would take 4-6 weeks. The shipment actually took 8 weeks.

The item that was in stock was delivered to the wrong address after 10 days of placing the order, and it took a week to get it to me - obviously because no one answers emails or WhatsApp messages.

Order not delivered and got the 'order completed' email.

I made an order on the 10th of November, a one day delivery order, got the email that my order is completed but I never receive it, none called and I know nothing about it.
OF course the customer service is off now and tomorrow is Friday and I have to wait till Saturday to figure out what happened to my order.

A Very Deceptive Reply By Optics Online

I note that Optics Online has responded to their mistake & acknowledge that I requested assistance via e-mail with my prescription. But then TWIST THE TRUTH, unfortunately. They advise no order number was given, REALLY !! How could I give an order number if I had not ordered the glasses yet, WOW !!! The e-mail advice received by their employees (in writing) was clearly incorrect, as I ordered EXACTLY as I was advised. ALL I am requesting is for Optics Online to behave professionally and not respond with misleading truth twisting comments to a genuine complaint. Please supply the glasses as ordered, or please offer a full refund.
