Hello Bill,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced regarding your order. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it has been shipped, and all relevant details – including the product photo, packaging, and tracking information – were previously sent to your email.
It appears that our earlier messages regarding your order may not have been seen by you, as we did not receive a response. Please check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder, just in case) for the details we sent.
Additionally, we informed you on the day you placed the order that shipping would take approximately 3 weeks. This is due to the longer production time required by Sprint Filter, as they manufacture these products to order. Rest assured, we placed your order with Sprint Filter the same day you purchased from us.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you for your feedback, but we want to clarify the situation for everyone reading. You placed an order for wheels and then requested a cancellation and refund on the same day. We promptly processed your request and issued a full refund, as confirmed in the transaction screenshot [LINK FOR THE TRANSACTION SCREENSHOT - https://prnt.sc/9YecKqGMeiSy].
We take accusations like this seriously, and it’s unfortunate that despite resolving your request promptly, you still feel the need to call us scammers. We strive to ensure all our customers have a positive experience, and we’re always here to address any concerns.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Dear Kitpak Sapvisut,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 hours during non-working days, and we're sorry to hear that this timeframe did not meet your expectations. Regarding your order, it was shipped promptly on the second day after it was placed. When you informed us of the incorrect address, we responded within 10 minutes and took immediate action to rectify the situation by notifying the courier.
To facilitate faster communication, we provided you with our WhatsApp contact. We recommend using this method for quicker communication, as it allows us to address your concerns in real time.
We understand your concern about the delivery time. You selected the economy shipping option, which has a longer delivery time of 7-15 working days. We also offered you faster options such as FedEx (2-4 working days) and TNT Express (3-4 working days)
If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Best regards,
Kajus
