I ordered a radar detector model…

I ordered a radar detector model Neoline Expert, I received the package quickly and very well packaged.
I'm going to install it on the car and see what it can do in traffic.
The Opsholders.com store is a trusted store, so I recommend everyone to order from them.

Vastaus yritykseltä Opsholders

Dear Pietro,

Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.

We’d like to clarify that on the product page, we specifically mention that customers are welcome to contact us for the exact delivery date. Immediately after you placed your order, we reached out the same day to inform you that the item would be shipped within 8–10 working days, as it needed to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. You confirmed and agreed to proceed with the order.

Throughout the process, we provided consistent communication including status updates, tracking information, and photos. The item was shipped and delivered within the communicated timeframe.

While we always welcome feedback—positive or negative—this one-star review seems to reflect a misunderstanding rather than a lack of service. Our team strives to be transparent and supportive in every transaction, and we’re always happy to assist with cancellations or alternative solutions when necessary.

We’re truly sorry if any part of the experience felt inconvenient, and we hope to better serve you in the future.

Best regards,
The Opsholders.com Team

Everything looks good and product…

Everything looks good and product works. For universal holder it would be beneficial to have opportunity to make holes yourself and would be great to have few double side tape patches included for security. Other than that plates fit perfect. 4 stars.

One of the best purchases I made

They were so incredibly fast to respond to any questions I had regarding my purchase, they kept me up to date my suspension and threw in some goodies. Much love from Canada, if I ever need suspension I know who to use, and I personally recommend their service to anybody. The price was incredibly reasonable, unbeatable Infact.
