Terms of the offer included hearing if my claim was approved ‘within 5 working days’. It took 16 days! Why commit to something you can’t fulfill? And I’m sure I wasn’t the only person to email asking what was going on, which obviously slowed things down further. But communication fine once things got going.

The claim was submitted and it passed their deadline so I chased it up, I was sent an email saying there was something missing, then another saying my claim had been accepted & processed. Not sure why there was a delay but it all worked out in the end.
