I have no problem with Opia the company that sent and supplied my Note book, they were quick and efficient and they would have received a score of 5 stars with supplying the item. My score is for the the post office for deliveing the item, I asked for the item to be delivered to my local post office due to myself working but this was ignored and delivered to my house but worse the person delivering the item threw the item over my gate and landed some distance from the gate. Only time will tell if the item is damaged internally.

It was a good promotion and I love it

First of all I have to say, i love the model of the Samsung fridge freezer. I've had numerous issues with it since I brought the fridge in conjunction with getting a new kitchen. The first issue was the fridge wasn't delivered with the kitchen delivery. The 2nd issue was when it was scheduled to be delivered because it was raining and they couldn't take the door off(not quite sure why they would have to take the door off). When it was eventually delivered the door was scratched. The third issue was that neither the crushed or cubed ice was dispensing. After the engineer's coming out for all the above, the crused ice dispenser ceased working again. Hopefully we have another engineer coming out to rectify the issue with the caused ice dispenser. It's all been a real pain when you are entertaining and having to buy pain when you have brought a fridge/freezer to accommodate our life style. Not impressed & certainly not happy.
On a plus the engineers were nothing but courteous, helpful and polite. Just disappointed in the product. If my next engineer's visit doesn't do the trick..... Samsung will need to offer me an alternative.

I use Samsung products and like the quality. However I wasn't impressed with having to claim earbuds on when I bought the Galaxy Tablet at a higher price than previously advertised!
I would prefer the discount and purchase the earbuds in the store together, instead of waiting nearly 2 months.
The approval process took longer than they suggested, and I had to call up and chase. Then a further 6 weeks waiting for delivery.
Samsung: Stop these useless promo's and give us the previously advertised, lower price, (ie John Lewis 1 week before promo was announced). Buy in store - no wait.

Very long processing period this time around. I was quite surprised.
Also, the parcels now are not being delivered to the person, but left at letterbox without a need for signature.

Easy to apply for advised all way through process ie when it's getting delivered was presently surprised I got a chrome book thank you so much

It was an easy and quite simple application. Lovely smart watch Nice of Samsung to send it as promised. Happy consumer!

The idea of the promotion is great. The execution, not so much. Every time I submitted the documents with the requested proof of purchase I received an email requesting more information for evidence e.g. a receipt showing the date of purchase, model and where i purchased and price.

I submitted the requested information 3 times only to be told they needed more information and they requested the same 4 pieces of information.
(This is could understand I if the information I sent did not meet the criteria but everything I sent ticked each point).

In the end an email to their support team with my frustrations clearly noted and with the same proof of purchase previously submitted seemed to resolve the issue.

I have received the Chrome book (and love it) but would suggest that the staff processing the records actually read through the submissions properly. In the end it took 4 attempts to resolve.
