Amazing Customer service
From getting the first chair I ordered and returning it because it didn't fit me well, to getting another one as replacement, costumer support was very reactive and helpful throughout the whole process.

Vastaus yritykseltä OPAL ERGO
Thank you for sharing your concern. We understand your point, and we’d like to clarify a few things:
1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee – We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. This period allows our clients to test the product thoroughly and return it if they are not satisfied.
2. Official Distributor – As mentioned clearly on our website, we are the official distributor of the Sihoo brand in Morocco. Sihoo manufactures its chairs in China, which is why the origin of the product is China.
3. Pricing Structure in Morocco – The retail price in Morocco cannot be compared to prices in other countries. For office chairs, Moroccan customs apply a 57% import duty, ( + more than 30% import taxes and 20% VAT), in addition to international shipping and local logistics costs. All of these factors significantly increase the final price.
