It worked great when Flying to the Seychelles without knowing yet when exactly I wanted to leave the country. The only thing I think that would be helpful is having the Ticket as pdf. Many times this needs to be uploaded and taking a screenshot and uploading an image is not ideal. Nevertheless I was satisfied with the service considering how much money this saved me and how much flexibility it gave me.

The first itinerary they sent had a confirmation number which could not be confirmed, and subsequently cost me $150 change fee to rebook to the next flight because my confirmation number could not be verified. I was able to make the second flight because about 10 mins later they sent me another confirmation number for the same itinerary but was verifiable. It was very frustrating and cost me $150 extra smh

The first time I used them and they gave me a wrong flight itinerary (wrong dates, flights, and countries).

They changed to the right one and messed up my dates, not aligning with my travel date.

Your response says you have sent confirmation of the refund but I haven't gotten this.
