Ticket came fast but didn´t hold up at the counter.
The check-in Lady said it had been cancelled due to unsuccesful payment. We had to buy another ticket to be able to board the plane.
Customer Service replies that the ticket was ok.
No reimbursment.

Ils ont mis 3h30 à m'envoyer mon ticket, ce qui malheureusement était bien au delà du délai que j'avais.
Je précise qu'il n'est pas précisé clairement qu'il y a ce temps d'attente lors de l'achat... J'ai uniquement reçu un mail d'information une fois le paiement effectué.
Je recommande vivement d'aller directement sur Onwardticket qui est bien plus safe et efficace.

I was not satisfied with the performance at all! I was waiting for an hour and did not get the booked and paid onwardticket!!! I almost missed my flight! It can take up to 6 hours, but only if you book within office hours - whatever those are?
So if you really need a reliable ticket this “service” is of no use for you!!! Better go to ONWARDTICKET.COM, you will have your ticket within a Minute!!! Not in maybe 6h!

The reservations that they sell you are not valid to enter any country.
If the airline checks that reservation, it won't let you get on the plane.
Today I have lost 3000USD with them.
Your reservation is not enough and I couldn't get on the plane.
The airline and the authorities will ask you for an ETICKET from the airline, and this company will never give it to you.
Do not spend the money with them, you will lose much more.
What they give you is the same as a Fake reservation is worth nothing.
If you want something safe and free, you can do it with Expedia's refundable tickets in the first 24 hours. Don't be fooled. This service is useless!

Onward Fly = Fly onward ! They charged me right away, but couldn't be bothered to get me the ticket ! I saw on Trustpilot that they did the same with so many other people. Can't believe that they are back under another name.
