Great experience, Mary especially dealt with us really well and made the process easy.

Very smooth arrangements organized by Adriana for electrician to come and inspect bathroom lighting fitting. Electrician was punctual, polite and gave a great overview of the inspection work undertaken.

My experience with Onthehouse was nothing but good when I needed a plumber on short notice. Adriana promptly arranged for a knowledgeable and experienced professional who resolved tap leak issue in the kitchen efficiently. What sets Onthehouse apart is their user-friendly app that keeps you informed every step of the way. The app provides updates on the progress of the work being carried out, giving me peace of mind and transparency. I appreciated the seamless communication and the ability to track the plumber's arrival time.

Great work here.

Quick lock change for a cupboard. Thanks Paula

My bathroom light switch is broken and the the case was reported yesterday. The team arranged staff to visit my home on the next day. It's very responsive and professional team.

I had Paula come out to fix my gate and he did a good job, made sure everything was okay before leaving. It’s an old gate that had broken in the wind and dropped. He levelled out my stones so it was a lot smoother to move my gate and also put some WD40 on the bolts so it was easier to lock my gate, He also made sure the gate was nice and secure so that my dog couldn’t get out. Very polite
Thankyou. 100% would recommend :)

Extremely professional and reliable .
