Maya resolved my issue in a polite and professional manner. Thank you

I am glad the way of fast reacting and also how they helped to solve my case

The quick response team when raising a ticket to support is quite exceptional. The team has been supportive in assisting and being informative when it comes to the request that was raised.

Furthermore, I think that a change should be made for your customers to change or remove their bank details or else if customers who are not aware of the charges, will then be charged accordingly with no knowledge whatsoever.
Thank you!

Todo bien 👍🏻 gracias a Dios

Many. Thanks for the help to miss Nicholan excelente servicio ❤️❤️

Problem solved. Good service

buenas tardes, cordial saludo.
