Sent the wrong size
Sent the wrong size, because I could not get
1200 wide up the stairs to the room, I ordered
A smaller size, you ignored this and sent 1200
Only letting me know shortly before the delivery,
I had to waste time cutting them smaller so we could get them in the room
If you don’t have a size in stock show that on the website, or al least let the customer know
In advance so he can decide to go ahead or not.

Hi, thanks for your review. We are sorry that we could not supply the 900mm wide boards in this occasion and we send the 1200mm wide boards at the same price. We do let customers know about any changes before the delivery and there is an option to not accept the change. We are sorry that these did not work for you but if you have let us know, we would have not sent these boards to you.
Fair price
Fair price, quick delivery and excellent customer service.

You must live on a massive road
Ordered and paid for, then received an email to say they can't get the delivery trucks down my road. Waitrose articulated lorries manage just fine. So I'm not sure what size of road they need!

Hi Mr Johnston, As explained earlier today, Unfortunately the Waitrose lorries will deliver groceries to the store where they will have a loading area and deliver the goods in small trollies. these will be delivered off of the back of the lorry. We deliver building materials on curtain sided lorries that need to be unloaded from the side and there was not enough access to make the delivery to you. We are sorry but we cannot deliver in the same way the Waitrose deliver to your local store.
Good luck with the rest of your project.

Useless waste of time
Why let a customer order, go through the whole checkout process, confirm delivery address, confirm identity through online banking then send a confirmation email only to send a cancellation notice seconds later to say 'out of stock' complete waste of my time and ties up my money for 24 hrs too. Don't waste your time!!
