not happy at all with the cost , got same amount of batteries last year at a quarter of the cost, i will not say where, complete rip off .

Sorry to hear you were not happy with the cost. We pride ourselves on price matching with our compeditors and we are confident that the batteries you purchased were priced fairly. The order for 80 batteries was below the €50.00 free delivery charg, so in this case, there was a delivery charge. The total cost of your order, including the delivery charge was viewed and accepted by you before you purchased the goods.

Order not packed correctly
A number of departments in our company order stationery products so I requested that my order was supplied packed & marked for my specific department. Items were actually supplied loose & mixed on pallet with other peoples orders. I still have not been able to track down all items on my order. :-(

Careless transportation
Got the order and it was delivered in decent time.
The box /packaging was in a terrible state when delivered - very battered and abused which made me fear for the contents. However the contents survived for the most part.
