Quality product, great customer service from start to finish. One of the panels was accidentally damaged in transit and they supplied a replacement within a couple of days. Very happy

The design process was made incredibly easy by having a phone discussion where I could outline everything we were looking for. They then shared a render of the design and were very receptive to making adjustment until I thought it was perfect. We are very impressed with the quality and ease of assembly of the cupboard, so much so that we are now ordering a fitted wardrobe for our bedroom!

We ordered 3 bedrooms from online bedrooms, master and both the kids. We had Shaker in our room and we opted for the smooth wardrobes in the kids rooms as it was more cost effective and we love everything about them! The idea of having the TV in the wardrobe was amazing as we have the PlayStation set up now. Charley was amazing and patient throughout the whole process. The fitting was nice and simple for the most of it and we got our joiner round to finish the last few bits off, I knew we had to scribe some panels but didn't want to do it myself so get them to come and finish it off to ensure the perfect fit! Have recommended these to all of my family and friends. Great value for money compared to the big high street names.

Our second lot of wardrobes from Online Bedrooms and we couldn’t be happier with this company! Everyone I spoke to were really helpful. The quality of their products is amazing, I’ve recommended to all friends and family and my parents are about to purchase their wardrobes too!

I ordered what was sold to me as a “bespoke, made-to-measure, perfect fit down to the last millimetre” wardrobe from Online Bedrooms. Unfortunately, the reality has been very different.
The wardrobes were supplied with oversized filler panels which I was expected to cut down myself. This was never made clear at the point of sale. In fact, the only cutting discussed in my initial call was in relation to length, not width. A reasonable customer buying a “made-to-measure perfect fit” product would not expect to have to trim panels themselves to make it usable.
To achieve the fit advertised, I was forced to spend an additional £160 on a rail saw — something no customer should have to do after paying for a supposedly bespoke service.
When I raised this with the company, they acknowledged the wardrobes were supplied as per their drawings and refused to reimburse me for the extra cost. While technically correct, this does not reflect the way the product was marketed and sold to me.
At present, I cannot recommend Online Bedrooms to anyone expecting a truly made-to-measure service. The experience has been stressful, costly, and disappointing.
I would welcome contact from the company to resolve this fairly

Thank you for responding. I appreciate that fillers are “standard practice” in the trade, but your marketing promises a “bespoke, made-to-measure, perfect fit down to the last millimetre.” As a customer, that gives the clear impression that the wardrobes would be supplied to the exact room dimensions — not with oversized panels requiring me to do significant cutting on site.
The transcript you shared with me only referred to cutting for uneven walls, not reducing wide side fillers to size. The reality was that I had to purchase a £160 rail saw to achieve the advertised “perfect fit.” I don’t believe a reasonable customer would expect to incur that kind of cost or carry out that level of work after buying a made-to-measure product.
While I understand your position, my experience has not matched the way the product was described or sold, which is why I stand by my review.

Absolutely love my new bespoke wardrobe, I was spoilt for choice on all the amazing colours they had on offer but the lovely designer helped me narrow it down to a beautiful shade of blue, as I'm quite indecisive. They were very helpful on walking me through the measuring stage. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

I have made 3 separate orders from online bedrooms, and each time is an amazing experience. Their furnitures are top quality, our builders said the hinges are better than the ones you get for kitchens. I particularly love the soft closing mechanism for cupboard door and drawers. We had a pleasure to work with the designer Lucie each time, she is very efficient and detailed. Their customer service is also excellent. We’ve never needed to wait for their response.

UPDATE: Online Bedrooms keeps flagging my review so it gets removed, it was removed once so I had to re-post it. Mentioning names is against Trustpilot Guidelines, but only if a negative review, there are over 10 reviews that mention Online Bedrooms employees name and last name here, I've flagged them all, hopefully those are removed by Trustpilot too. Arbitrary morals.

It's been over 9 days and I still haven't received the wardrobe doors, I've chased now 3 times over email, Customer Care keeps replying they will be in contact with the company who has to deliver the doors, but I still have not received communication from their 'manufacturing partner' that is in charge of manufacturing and delivering the wardrobe doors.

I've also cc'd the designer I dealt with and Online Bedrooms Head of Sales; I'll seek legal advise if I don't get the wardrobe doors delivered, I paid for the full wardrobe including the doors, and it seems they are purposely delaying the delivery or even attempting to not deliver the full wardrobe I've paid for.

I can't stress enough how terrible my experience has been, it's an ongoing nightmare with this very shady company.

Elderly, disable, and anyone living alone, I strongly advise you: do not buy from Online Bedrooms, they don't deliver to your door.

A terrible experience, lack of transparency during the sales process.

I had a 1 hour video call with a designer, and week after decided to place the order for a 2.5 metres wide and 2.40 metres height wardrobe.

Only after I paid they sent 4 emails, and in one of the emails a link to read 'important information', I didn't read all the points in full, sadly, the terms and conditions or important information was never disclosed before payment.

The delivery is done in 2 instances, by 2 different companies, and they don't deliver door to door.

Over email with customer care they mentioned I'd have to help the driver 'unload' the flat pack furniture, I asked how heavy because I live alone and I wasn't sure of how much help I could be, I was told not to worry because it wasn't too heavy.

Today the driver arrived and didn't even had a trolley, took the items one by one from the van and dropped them at the building's hallway.

They do 'free delivery' but not insured, so they can't bring the items to your door.

I spent over 40 minutes carrying the items I could lift or drag through the corridor, to the lift, to my door.

I called fuming because there are 3 panels I can't get upstairs myself, since are too heavy and might not even fit in the lift.

I requested a full refund, it's unacceptable that I wasn't told during the 1 hour video call that the delivery was 'free' but not door to door.

I truly regret buying from this awful company, they should have a disclaimer on their website explaining they don't deliver door to door, and especially for people living in buildings this is key information due to items might not even fit on lifts.

I had a call from someone who's name I don't remember, he said no refund is possible, he said I had 14 days after placing the order to cancel it if I wasn't in conformity after reading the email with a link stating 'important information'.

His 'help': told me to get someone to help me get the items upstairs, and he could recommend a fitter for the wardrobe.

And on his words, the fault is mine for not reading the email after paying.

That's all, now on my own.

I have just wasted money, now I will receive another delivery, the wardrobe doors, 3 heavy doors of 2.40 metres height and 84 cm wide, that I've no idea how I'll get upstairs or if will fit in the lift.

I live on the 7th floor, if the designer during the 1hr video call would have mentioned: by the way delivery is free but we are not insured so we can't get the flat pack wardrobe to your door; I'd have gone with the Swedish company that does deliver wardrobes door to door.

I'm extremely upset, I should have never ever get across this awful company, on top the quality is the same as the one from the Swedish company, but of course way more expensive.

Avoid, just save your money and don't ruin your mental health.

We had been looking at new wardrobes from all the usual places from Ikea up to Sharps, we wanted to have the built in look but our budget was not going to stretch to the sharps/hammonds prices even with their sale. A friend had just bought from online bedrooms so after seeing those we decided to book a design consultation and get a quote. Very helpful straightforward information from the designer, helped us plan out the units and interiors to fit our space and provided the quote with no hard sell. Order placed and a few weeks later everything was delivered well packaged and without issue. Important to remember, whilst the drawer units were pre build the carcasses are flat packed. Assembly of the units was actually quite easy, I already decided I was going to employ the services of a carpenter for half a day to give me the professional finish I wanted on the plinths/filler panel etc. With that done I fitted the doors and our own chosen handles. All sections of the units are thick and solid, we chose a Matt light grey colour finish with a two panel shaker doors. Now completed we’re extremely pleased with our end product and the overall experience from online bedrooms. I know that what we have would’ve cost us £10k plus from the two big names yet we came in all done for just under £4k so a considerable saving without any scrimp on quality.

Excellent wardrobe kits made to measure. Their family run business gave us the attention and expertise needed to specify and order two kits. Everything went in very smoothly.
Now after a couple of years of daily use they still look brand new.

Very pleased with our wardrobes. We were able to design them to fit into the available space down to the last cm. We made use of the fitting service which was excellent as they are very well fitted. Overall I would recommend Online-bedrooms if you are looking for a made to measure set of fitted wardrobes

We had Online Bedrooms do all our fitted wardrobes / dressing tables / chest of draws and bedside cabinets at our newly built property. It has definitely enhanced the look of our house.
The finish to to a very top class level and the built of the furniture is very solid and sturdy. When we went the showroom we were explained everything in minute detail with plenty of choices including the fitments. We gave the room measurements and it was expertly designed for us including the amendments we requested.
We are so glad we used them and never had to contact them for any issues. A company we would unreservedly recommend.

The professionalism of the company - no pressure sales / the price and the quality and the absolute ease of speaking to the designer ( Alex ) even when I altered the plan ! Everything was so relaxed - great communication all round -

We love our wardrobe, and would 100% use Online Bedrooms again when we start our next project!
