OneTV Services Arvostelua

I am very happy. The service is great, the communication and follow up are fantastic. I warmly recommend !!

James help with some connection issue totally my own fault , very quick and friendly

Muito bom!..foram rapidos em solucionar meu problema dos canais muito obrigado equipa tecnica

This TV service is very convenient so now I can watch all my favorite TV shows and channels without any significant difficulties. The issues are very rare and even if they happen, technician specialists help to resolve them quickly.

i paid for it like a week ago, now its been 3 days it’s not working at all, when i text them they say “Server problem” after that they don’t respond to your messages anymore, i texted them several times, i get no response.
Terrible Costumer

I bought the premium package for one month from them on October 21st and it doesn't work for me I have contacted them several times a day asking for a refund they advertise a no hassle refund if you are not satisfied with the app they say you will get a refund which is not true don't buy anything from them I would not recommend them they are a ripoff

Excellent quality.
Thanks for your support, and just continue like now 👍🏻

Very quick response. I asked for custom EPG, ( English only). They had it set up perfectly within minutes. Very easy transaction. Great job!

Excellent service.Thank you James for your celerity and attentiveness in solving my requests.

Was Quick and efficient with m'y contact James je IS thé best

James did an amazing job, everything was done super fast and the service is EXCELLENT. I'll be a loyal customer from now on :)

What a great service …. I am in love with the customer service and their services … just wow 🤩

The picture freesez condtantly, and if you try to contact customer support it takes a day before they answer, they say that they are working with some servers and that it will be worked out in a moment, well for the last two months i have been without the service for 3 weeks, so what they mean when they say a moment beats me

Very good support gave by James with set up of IPTV application.

This IPTV is run by professionals who respect the customers and are dedicated to solving the problems that arise, very promptly and correctly, with an exemplary iptv service!
So on!

It wasn't bad but a lot less than expected, although the 4k is actually in 90% of the channels is HD even paying to have access to 4k channels. About support does not exist. Very helpful before payment but then disappeared completely. It just doesn't respond to support requests. Overall I don't recommend

Was ok but the support not working.

A guidance through a renewal of contract was greatly
appreciated by a non-technical person. It was timely and delivered with courtesy.
