was working for the past few months but now looks like was banned or blocked or both here in US 2026, sent email to support but no response after couple weeks, tried couple other devices even with VPN but still not working, went out of business, bought a year subscription but I guess I lost 6-7 months

Product is great, price is ridiculously low and customer support is all over any problem you might experience!

Once again service has been super fast. Usually only takes a few minutes and I am back up and running. Now what I pay for a year used to cost me more for a month at these other services.

I have been using this service for over 2 years now. Not only has this service been amazing it has also allowed me to cut the cost of many streaming services. This has allowed funds to be free for other things that could be acquired by my family. I appreciate the opportunity to use this service.

4K has the best customer service support. Very responsive and quick to help with any problems.

I am impress with the service quality both with the format & support. I get almost immediate response when I rarely have an issue.

Product is excellent and service is extraordinary. When you do have an issue, which is rare, they are quick to respond and will work with you to remedy issue.

4k is very responsive to any problems. I ahd isssue with my monile provider blocking iptv. I didnt know at a time. They helped me to overcome the issue

I had a few issues trying to get the app and all of the features to work. The staff worked hard to get the issues resolved and now it is working fine. On a scale of one to ten, they get a ten.

The 4K IPTV subscription has never worked since August 2025! Customer Service is non-responsive, unable or maybe unwilling to offer solutions to make it work, and definitely unwilling to issue a refund, which I have requested more than 5 times. Definitely will not recommend this ripoff service to anyone. Keep your money!

1 years ago I switched from cable to 4K IPTV. I love it. 4K IPTV is much cheaper. Picture is just as clear. Has MANY chanels to chose from. Mostly of all it cheaper. Thanks 4K IPTV .

The interface is sometimes difficult to navigate

I have been a customer for more than a year now, and I plan to remain one hopefully for years to come. They have thousands of channels from almost any country, they offer series and movies (VOD) and even catch-up for a few, wish they add US to catch-up. In a whole year I think I can count about two times when they had some tech issues but at all times their support team kept us in the loop with details about when service will be restored. Streaming is clean, no buffering, most transmissions are 720p, 1080p and a few in 4K. Oh yeah, and the price is great!

Have been a customer for a bit more than three years. From the first month, I noticed that the quality was promising, and the customer service is great.
Had a technical issue in the past, which was resolved immediately, and for that I'm thankful.
