Excellent exoeiance from start to end! Great english speak and everything was clear. I will definitly will rent again.
Car was clean and new very well kept.

You charged 4 times on kid seats.
I have only 2 kids.
I'm trying to contact customer service but they don't replay.

Everything was great. Got same car as promised. New and clean. Lady in the agency next to the airport was super nice and explained all simple .
The return in city center also was good . They were late to pick but since I left it in a parking lot they took care of picking up themselves as I left the key in hotel reception .

easy, flexible service, new and great car. decent company.

The fact that the car was waiting for me with a representative at the airport and was collected by a representative at the airport too is a great advantage. A good and clean car. A good rental price and the lowest deposite!

השרות שלכם מעולה מסר לי את המכונית בחור בשם אדם הבנאדם מקסים מסביר הכל עובד מעולה

Everything was excellent—from picking up the car to returning it, everything was on time. The car was excellent, and we are very satisfied.

Everything was perfect

The time of the rental was a t 10:00 am the driver left a message two minutes before that he wants to come 12:00 but he came almost 14:00. A lot of lies . He told us that he goes to wash the car but he brought it dirty inside and outside. It was really upset

We got a great car, clean and well maintained and flawless. Everything was perfect during the rental period.
Exceptional service from the person who gave us the car and the person who handled the return(both comunicated everything very well and were very service oriented).
Customer service was very responsive and helfull for changes we had to do and for everything.

It was timely, organized and clean

A new car. I was contacted beforehand to verify everything
However, the woman who brought the car to us ( a nice bonus by the way) was annoyingly one hour late
The car return was easy and smooth
