Great Service!
always someone available via whatsup

Hi,
I arranged our car rental through Idan. Dealing with Idan was incredibly convenient; he offers many Israelis great peace of mind, knowing there is a fluent Hebrew speaker available to assist at any moment.
As for the rental itself, we received a Toyota 5+2 model, which was very comfortable. Due to an error on my part, the phone number I provided was incorrect, so I did not receive the pre-flight message. However, after calling Idan, we quickly established contact. The team came to pick us up from the airport and took us directly to the car lot, which was highly convenient.
After completing the paperwork and payment—and just before setting off—we discovered that the cigarette lighter socket was not working. We ultimately decided to hit the road anyway to avoid any delay. However, just before leaving, I bent down to inspect the vehicle's undercarriage and noticed a loose cable hanging dangerously close to the road. I pointed this out to the service representative, who immediately agreed that the car was unsafe to drive and asked us to wait while he swapped the vehicle. Within a few minutes, an identical car was located in a nearby lot. After a short drive there, we exchanged the vehicles and finalized the updated paperwork.
Although we set off a bit late, we were very glad the issue was discovered before we left the lot. Had we driven off with that defect, it could have caused serious problems and dynamic complications upon returning the car, especially since the damage was completely pre-existing.
Aside from that initial issue, the replacement car was in excellent mechanical condition. We extended the insurance to drive outside of Poland, and the overall driving experience was absolutely perfect. Regarding cleanliness: since the replacement vehicle had to be prepared in a rush, it was a bit dirty inside. However, we made sure to vacuum and clean the interior ourselves before returning it, as we felt that was the proper way to hand back the vehicle.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful service and the excellent cooperation with Idan. We will certainly recommend your reliable and high-quality service online.
Best regards,
Avi
