No point in going here , my daughter was in Belfast store at 1935 to try on a t shirt for the person at the till to tell her the changing rooms are closed , even though there was 25 minutes left before store closed 😡Not Be BACK

Customer services listened and addressed my concerns in relation to the failed delivery of my parcel, they quickly resolved the issue for me. Great customer service.

Well this thieving fiasco continues. Another full week later I finally had DPD pick up my incorrect order to return. Great chat with the driver - he gave me the tracking number/ticket and off it went. I tracked the return and it successfully landed back at O'Neils on Wednesday 18th at 12:54. All the full details are on the DPD website. If anyone wants to check here's the tracking number: 045531687. I've contacted O'Neils again and finally got a response but the response was 'DPD said the collection failed as you advised the driver it had already been returned' hahaha - seriously????!!! Liars and thieves! Now when presented with this they aren't responding to any of my mails AGAIN.

Placed order on Sunday, it’s now Friday (5 working days later) and still hasn’t even been dispatched. No indication on website as to whether or not items are out of stock. Customer service chat bot not helpful at all. Doesn’t connect to advisor. Very poor, very slow.

Thank you. I appreciate your reply, however on none of these items I have ordered does it say 7/10 working days. It did however say 1/5 working days. Item has now been shipped. Thank you.

10% first customer code doesn’t work, I bought what I needed as it’s club gear but there’s a problem with the code and you don’t actually get the discount

I left a review here a number of weeks ago recounting my experience of ordering athletics vests. When they arrived they did not resemble the order submitted. Not only did O’Neills not help me, my sales rep was rude and curt in response. I was asked to forward details to oneills customer service which I did. They didn’t have the decency to respond at all.

O'Neills fast tracked our order, beyond normal production times, so we could receive our competition gear in time to represent Ireland in the Netherlands, September 2024.
Highly recommended and much appreciated.

This place is a joke.
Signed up to receive the first order discount as my daughter’s PE kit was going to cost in excess of £100 FOR 3 ITEMS. Signed up received the email, didn’t have my daughter’s school kit in. Waited for 3 weeks for it to come in stock, comes in stock, cannot use the discount code as it expires after 7 days. Spoke to customer service, no help at all this place is an overpriced joke!

1st time buying but the order was no use but found out after that I can't return to my local store (Belfast) and if i want to return I have to pay the costs so not worth the hassle at all. Wont be buying off O'Neills website again.

This was my first time shopping with O’Neills online and I found the experience great. I found the site easy to use, and O’Neills great to deal with. We purchased cleats and pants for school. The pants are fantastic quality and are true to size, we will definitely be purchasing again. Her cleats are perfect, we got them a half size bigger than she normally takes.
Delivery by DPD was fast and professional as always.

Google searched a Monaghan away top, to buy. Got O'neils page as first result, clicked on it, it offers me to switch to US site... I'm based in UK, there is no way to opt out of switch though. After switching, I m redirected to main page, have to search for items again, and then it would not let me acually buy any tops, as it's american version.
Tried to contact customer service, to no effect.

Easy to order. Order delivered promptly

Had difficulty using the standard $20 USD free shipping. I was able to receive the free shipping over $20, but it kept applying shipping charges at dollar thresholds over $100 with no explanation. Also, every time I logged into my account and tried to check out my cart was emptied, so I ultimately had to check out as guest and now there is no order in my account history.

Arrived at 5.50. Due to close at 6. Doors were locked early.

Extremely quick service emailed them to see if we would get an order by the weekend and with in 2 hours the order had been dispatched
