Well, my wife is a Covid long hauler and our ac went out. NIPSCO called you and the first thing is nobody called us within 4 hours like Nipsco said. Second I called the next day because we fell asleep waiting for you to call us. Then I was lied to by the dispatchers. We were told that someone would be by from 1 to 5. No one called us to tell us what time they will be here. Most of the time the person that is scheduled to come out cause us and let us know if they’re gonna be here in a hour, two hours, half hour nothing. I called at 4 o’clock and the dispatcher told me that the weather was bad and he was in Illinois and it was too dangerous for him to come out. I called back minutes later and a different dispatcher answer and she told me that the person that was supposed to come out called off and they couldn’t get no one to come out once you found out that I talked to the other dispatcher, she changed her story so, I felt that we were lied to by the dispatchers. I called to have a different company come out because I didn’t trust you guys and we’re a sit in the house of 82° for four days because On Course lied and didn’t send anyone to come out. Thanks to On Course and they’re line dispatchers. We sat in the house for four days of 82° and we felt horrible. I had to call a friend to take care of the job. Which he did. So that’s why you got the bad rating. I hope you don’t practice lying to your customers unfortunately you guys are puttered Nipsco, but I will ask for someone else because I did not trust encore’s home solutions anymore. The dispatchers lie to their customers, and I feel like the customers are not your top priority which we should be. Nipsco is ripping people off, overcharging their customers on their bills and encore home solutions are lying to their customers. I don’t know what happened to you guys, but you guys really really screwed the pooch on this one!!!!

I could not get an appointment for four days for my dryer. Dryer was working but overheating. The tech notified me AFTER the appointment time that he had to reschedule. When he did show up the following day (an hour late) he was very nice but did not fix my dryer because he said the part was discontinued. It was still working when he left, but stopped working the next day. I called my old Appliance Repair man, and he was able to find the part online. I am not happy with Oncourse.

After a year of service and paying for coverage I find I am not covered for the items they say I’m covered for. I call to have my Airconditioning serviced for the summer after paying a year for the coverage only to find they say it on my to find out I’m not covered for policies they Sold me. And then have the nerve to tell me I’m begins on a payment! Everything in America including the president is crooked

staff do not have knowledge; they do not where to send paperwork. Transferred multiple times and still no resolution.

My tech, Jonathan!! I always ask for him because he is knowledgeable, helpful and explains everything in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. He calls ahead to let me know approximately when he will arrive. This is helpful so I'm not just sitting here wondering. He's the best HVAC tech I ever had!! He deserves a big raise!!

The experience was phenomenal, I would refer everyone to home solutions. Your company moved fast, and paired me with a great plumber by the name of Alex, from city plumbing.

Problem with furnace solved with one phone call. Service person was knowledgeable and quickly repaired our device.

Everyone is always very nice. He came in and accessed what was wrong and showed me. The water machine was full of slime. I went out and bought a new gadget for the air conditioner. He also showed me how to install it, and it worked. He was very patient in showing me how to install the machine. Thank you

This was my 1st experience with this change over from regular C.Power service. I can truthfully say they were quick to reply to my inquiry & very quick to set up and service my A/C!

I am absolutely furious with this company! We moved up to the “Gold” plan about 2 years ago to include our A/C unit. We had an issue on the 18th of May with our unit. It was not putting out cool air. I made a claim and they sent Bigfoot pro out to look at it. Apparently it needs coolant. Great! No big deal. Well our unit is a R22. Which we did not know because it came with the house when my husband bought it. R22 are obsolete due to what they put into the atmosphere. So, it’s not covered for anything with our plan. They won’t touch it nor give us the ridiculous 900.00 that you get towards a new unit. They never asked me what my unit brand was when we upgraded to Gold. They said it is in our agreement that our unit is not covered. IT IS NOT!! I read the entire 10 pages. They refuse to give us any refund for the upgrade we’ve been paying! “oh, we don’t give refunds”. Really??? You took my money for a service I will never get!! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Oncourse won’t even respond to it!! I’m not done fighting this!! Trust me!!

Everything went real well. Very informative and we had talked about time for me to think about getting new air conditioner and furnace this years. Gave me lots of information. Rick Staas was a great guy. Was a good worker and very thorough..I’m very pleased with everything that happened on my service call. Great job

On course has awesome technicians. Everything is always done neatly. Respect for property and professionalism. Would highly recommend.
