We had both of our AC systems given…
We had both of our AC systems given their annual service checks on 30 April 2026. My wife found water coming out from under the furnace that covers our main something afternoon of May 8th. I called the Oncourse service number Friday afternoon. I was told that my problem was passed to your service department and that I would get a call between 4 hours and 24 hours. I told them that I had to be out of my home Friday early evening but would be reachable by my phone the entire time. We never got the call and Water is still running across my basement floor.
I feel this is really poor customer service for a long time customer.

Had a great experience with Big Foot
Had a great experience with Big Foot. I called in to make a claim and within I got a call saying he would be out in half a hour. He arrived when he said he would and introduced himself. He had the problem solved within a 1/2 hour... First class operation AAAAA+++++++

Waited until late afternoon to see the contractor he looked at my issue said nothing was wrong blew out a small pipe ( which bubbled up water in a " catch ball" ) and said we were all set. My furnace still dripping so absolutely nothing was fixed. I now have to call back and get another appointment. Not satisfied at all.

I like that the techs are very friendly and knowledgable
I like that the techs are very friendly and through with the repair. What I do not like is the problem with company when trying to be reimbursed after the purchase of a fixture. I was told by the tech that they did not have the faucet needed for my bathroom and where I could purchase it. Oncourse is telling me this is not the procedure. I have had this service for many years and twice I was reimbursed for the faucet. Once in my kitchen and the other for my master bath. What has changed? I still have the same service.

Been a customer for over 10 years
Been a customer for over 10 years, had a few issues but were taken care of.
I have maintenance for my furnace where once a year a technician would come to check it for issues, the last 2 years they could not find anyone in my area to do this, I was told to find someone myself. I have continued to pay the monthly payment on this even though no service for the 2 years were provided, I asked for a credit for these payments and all I am told are lies after lies and trying to sell me other protection plans.
