Used our HVAC warranty to determine if our old AC was worth saving or not ( it turned out not). There was some initial confusion as to whom as arriving (so 4 stars instead of 5) but once that got sorted a technician arrived, gave or AC a very through inspection and walked us through all the problems it had. It was worth the price of the warranty to be able to get some third party advice as to a solution without being pitched a new unit. So all in all, a very good solution and good customer service

My kitchen drain was clogged
I had a clogged kitchen sink and water began rising from my basement floor drain with vegetable matter. A plumber was able to come out the next day and told me I needed an access panel cut into my wall to get to my pipe which he was not willing to do. He used a snake down the basement floor drain anyway and left after running some hot water freely. I was happy until the next day when water came up again from the basement floor drain. Without doing a thing, the next plumber from a different company said that the only way to clear my drain was to hydro jet it and insurance would not cover it because it was so expensive. He wanted to come out the next day and charge me $1590. I researched reasonable costs for residential hydro jetting and saw that his quote was more than twice the upper end for hydro jetting. I called my own plumber and he came out the next day, cut a small hole in my drywall to access the drain (which the first plumber would not do), ran a snake and then a camera to show me how clear the drain pipe was. Only $250. It took a week without the use of my kitchen sink to arrive at this point. I can understand the first plumber (who made a huge mess btw but I understand that too) but wonder why he couldn't just access the drain with a cutting tool. It was fast and easy for my plumber. The second plumber seemed like a total rip-off artist to me. I would never welcome that company again in my house and am considering cancelling my insurance thanks to him. The entire ordeal was very distressing.

replacing working appliance
The repair person arrives as scheduled; however, she only
uses one parts replacement vendor, and when they
do not have the part, instead of researching the internet, she claims the appliance can not be repaired. I then have to purchase a new appliance to replace the one for which she could not find a part.

Washer Repair
It would have been better if we wouldn’t have had to wait for over a week to get somebody out here. Then we did and he didn’t have the part. Then another week waiting. But the guy who installed it was fantastic

Horrible customer service with this…
Horrible customer service with this last call. I called back in 2025 to advise not to renew my service. I am to this day still being charged for the monthly service. I have continued to call and dispute the charges and always told to call Consumers themselves and tell them to credit my account and deduct it from my bill. However if you do that then you have a past due balance and get a shut off notice. So now I have paid a year worth of charges. The customer service rep I spoke to back in June 2026 said he saw where I called and told them not to renew my service and put in a request for a years worth of charges. Now being told it was denied because it was a valid service. How is it one rep can see where I said do not renew and officially cancel my account and now it is now showing in my account that I even called. Spoke to a manager and he was very rude, kept over talking me and refused to listen to what I was saying. Don't ever sign up for this service, they are horrible to deal with.

On course solutions has dispatch…
On course solutions has dispatch telephone people who listen and assess a problem then assign an expert to resolve it. They scheduled visit with one. The expert was very very knowledgeable in due conditioner cleaning and checking for sufficient refrigerants, he added some and set my thermostat to a degree that carried cool air for the nextv3 weeks of extremely hot temps outside. I am thankful for this timely work and being given the indoor temp setting needed.z thank you!
