Bought my Daytona 116520 through Onaro; I highly recommend them for their service. James looked after me from enquiry through to delivery and checked in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Really top bloke and a pleasure to deal with. If only more companies showed such attention to detail with their clients. You will not be dissatisfied buying from Onaro. The watch itself is stunning and came with all the relevant boxing and paperwork.

Great experience dealing with James at Onaro. After a few messages about the watch I was interested in, we met up at their lovely offices and after sizing the watch, he took me through a lot of useful info and advice and then I walked out with my stunning new watch. Would highly recommend Onaro - totally professional, straightforward and James a really nice guy.

Super communication from the first message. ( unlike another company we had contacted a few days earlier) Very responsive to all my questions. ( Sorry James!) initially saw watch online then made arrangements to reserve / view (10% deposit and ID sent)
Beautiful private members club in Kensington, Onaro has an office upstairs to view the watches. James went through all details of the watch and told us what to look for with regards to authenticity. Would not hesitate doing business again, will message James when next looking for one. It can be a dodgy game looking for watches but Onaro made us feel reassured to trust them.
