keine Kommunikation bei Fragen

Bei Fragen meldet sich niemand. Ich hatte das Probeabo für drei Monaten. Als ich kündigen wollte (rechzeitig) funktionierte es über die App nicht. Also habe ich über das Kommunikationsformular gekündigt. Es folgte nur eine Standard E-Mail (wir haben ihre Mail erhalten) aber es meldete sich niemand. Nach Ende der ersten 3 Monate wurden 66€ abgebucht. Eine Beschwerde wurde wieder nicht beantwortet. Habe nochmal über die App gekündigt. Bin gespannt, ob nochmal Geld abgebucht wird.

réglement d'un différent

Nous avons eu un diffèrent sur un abonnement reconductible automatiquement dont je n'avais pas été clairement informé.
Après quelques échange de mails, la société a consenti à me rembourser. je leur donne acte d'avoir fini par accepter ce geste commercial et reconnaitre que j'avais pu ne pas être correctement informé.
Mais le plus simple et le plus honnête serait de ne reconduire un abonnement que si le client en fait expressément la demande à l'issue du premier mois.
Ainsi il n'y aurait pas de contestations.
Du moins se sont ils rendus à mes contestations et je les en remerccie.

Kündigung nach 3 Tagen nicht möglich

Wollte die App 3 Tage nutzen, zur Probe. Versuchte dann das Abo zu kündigen, die Buttons dazu waren in der Kündigungsfrist deaktiviert. Erst mit Beginn und Abbuchung des vollen Betrags durfte man kündigen. Das sind unseriöse Geschäftsmethoden. Apr 2024

Vorsicht – unrechtmäßige Abbuchungen ohne Abo!

Ich habe nie ein Abo bei Omo App abgeschlossen und dennoch wurden mir zweimal 66,65 Euro vom Konto abgebucht – insgesamt also 133,30 Euro. Auf meine Anfrage gab es bisher keine Rückmeldung. Das ist für mich eindeutig betrügerisches Verhalten. Ich fordere eine sofortige Rückerstattung, andernfalls werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Solche Geschäftspraktiken sind absolut unseriös. Ich kann nur jedem raten, sehr vorsichtig zu sein und seine Kontoauszüge genau zu prüfen.

Hi!i have purchased the app in March for 3months with a discount so paid £25.99.From the beggining i was informed that in june,at the end of discounted period,if i want to renew subscription will be somewhere over £60.In the app its easy to see when your subsceiption ends so i set a reminder in my calendar so that the day befire renewal i can cancell but to be honest i wish i got another discount so i can continue.For me the app worked and i am not even as strict as i should be.Actually counting the calories made me understand how i was overeating during strestful periods.The lessons are very useful and so simply explaned.i actually lost 9kg in 2 months.started at 93.6kg and now i am at 84.4kg.I like it that it makes me accountable.And it opened my eyes about how much rubbish i was ingesting.So please,a discount code for the next period?i cannot afford to stop now but over 60 pounds its too much money as well(because i cannot afford it).It is worth the money

Good concept but didn’t work for me

The Omo app helps keep on track by entering food intake however I could probably find a cheaper way to do that. Also I didn’t really lose any weight after months using it. Customer service was helpful when needed it.

Was not happy with the app

Was not happy with the app. I could have used another one I get for free.
Requested a refund and was refused. I truly believe this app is a Scam now. I tried it for 2 weeks didn't think it was useful.

Completely unexpected charge

Completely unexpected charge of just under £40 taken from my account after signing up last month. I would advise anyone to not sign up for this app. I am pursuing a refund and will contact apple to see if this app can be removed from the app store.

Scam, avoid like the plague

I can never get anything to work on the app. It constantly freezes. So had no plans on renewing. I paid for the 6 week plan. After 1 mo they charged me $39.99 without my consent. No idea what they are charging me for. I have tried to cancel online, and it doesn't let me. No way to contact anyone. Biggest scam there is. Just had to cancel my card so they do not do any more unwanted charges.

After an unexplaned error, one month and a half of paid learning gone and not restored

I changed the SIM card, and as a result, my 80% completion learning roadmap was gone!! But what's interesting, all the weights and calorie counting are still there. But the course you pay and can't progress quickly no. Three weeks ago I requested to put it back, nothing. Is it part of their business plan to rip off customers? and I haven't reached my weight goal neither by the time lapse announced, I am 15 kg away, and I follow all the tips of the course!
