Even though I can speak English
Even though I can speak English, I asked Tiago if he could speak to me in Portuguese because I’m in a bit of a rush, and the conversation would flow much more smoothly for me. If he hadn't been able to speak Portuguese, I could have proceeded with the chat in English, but he did speak Portuguese and—with great patience—helped me with the basic tasks I didn't know how to navigate. I was very happy and felt truly welcomed by the company through his service.

Why did I wait so long to transfer from Mailchimp to Omnisend ?!

Shady business practices
Very poor experience. Signed up as a new company excited to get my marketing going. Paid for 3 months up front on their higher pro plan, Got no emails or feedback, logged in the next morning and my account was "suspended" (had yet to connect or send a single message). Talked to customer support who grilled me like I was a criminal of some kind. The next day again no email or proactive communication I log in to find my account canceled. Which I then had to FIGHT to get my refund. Very shady company, would advise you to choose a competitor!
