Driver not the best not very informative
Hotel not ready to hand keys out to us so had to wait half hour for two lady’s of our bus to hand them out to bus loads no time to freshen up or change
Arrived everywhere late restaurant booked for before the show but to late to eat there by the time we got back in to London we only had half hour before the show
If the bus had left Lincoln or Newark earlier we wouldn’t have hit traffic
Same coming home didn’t leave hotel till 10.30 so only had 11.30 till 3.30 to look around the only good thing about the weekend was the show

Fantastic night away. Mamamia theatre break did not disappoint.

The Service was outstanding. Both Coach drivers were very efficient & kept passengers updated with pickups & times. Hotel was great. Will definitely be booking again.

Simple, no hassle booking.

Booked a trip to London for a theatre break as a 40th anniversary treat only to have the itinerary changed and when I contacted the company to try and cancel I was told that it wasnt classed as a significant change to warrant a cancellation, bearing in mind that originally we were to be taken to our hotel then picked up to go into London for our theatre to have this changed to be told that we will now be taken straight into London so to wear clothes that we want to wear to the theatre then will have to make our way to the our relevant theatre. No specified time has been given so we have no idea how long we will have to wander round London till our theatre time and as this will be November there is the possibility that it could be pouring with rain and cold. So we are expected to walk round in our theatre clothes/shoes for how ever long is necessary and it not to be a problem and what makes matters worse is that the trip is still being advertised with the original itinerary!! If this had been the original plan we would not have booked the trip so now we have no choice but to lose our money or go on a trip that we are not looking forward to and for a special treat I would definitely not be looking to make any future bookings with this company. I did also take legal advice and was advised that it was classed as a significant change so was entitled to a refund but if I wanted to pursue it would cost me more money to go through the necessary legal channels. The date of the review is current and our trip is due for November

Thank you for your reply Omega holidays however I have had numerous emails backwards and forwards to customer services but have been told I have to accept the changes or lose my money 15/7/2024

Lovely girl on phone, very helpful

Meal at hotel was terrible not what was expected. Waiting times on the coach were very long and drop off points nit very good if you were not going to thr theatre

This company is poor as my complaint was sent into the email address that I was firstly given and then I am informed they have not received and quote another email address.you just go around in circles with this company.

Fab show - hotel a little way out but still nice

Helpful, efficient staff. Just had to wait a while in the phone queue. Then didn't take long to cover details of booking my trip. I received confirmation and a receipt by e-mail and my booking then appeared in my on-line account.

The lady on the phone was very polite and explained everything to me she was very patient too.

Easy booking and quick confirmation, hotel was great in fantastic location for 02. Had to phone customer services and got through in about 10 mins.
I could have done with an email just before the event with clear indication that it was a ticketless event to have saved my call, but that’s onky a suggestion

The courier, Paul, was genial and unflappable, but the group was too large at 54 to be easy to handle. Aspects of the trip could have been better organised, considering it was planned for years. The Fort Worth rodeo was missed by several of us as we did not think it worth it to hang around Billy Bob's (or anywhere else) for 6 hours until it started. The drive and rodeo should have been a separate event direct from the hotel in the evening, with bus transportation.
We missed seeing Mission Control at Houston (which would have been a highlight for many of us) because tickets needed booking 1-2 months in advance. Omega had plenty of time to ensure that this was done.
The hotels were fine, and the breakfasts (generally) good.

Well organised, good friendly service. Excellent coach driver and resident astronomer.
If I fancied another eclipse trip, Omega would definitely be in the running.

Very interesting, well organised 12 day tour of Texas, taking in many sites and culminating in a glorious eclipse. Accompanied throughout by a professional astronomer who kept us all entertained and was on the weather's case throughout to make sure we had the best possible chance of a good show.
