Ease of order and speed in delivery - most of all ease of install and QUALITY FOR THE PRICE. Not the top of the line but for the price this is a GREAT PRODUCT - sturdy well built - I purchased the roof racks for an Audi Q3. Comparative price to the local roof rack dealer $700 parts - $150 install.

The pricing seems fair
The pricing seems fair. The instructions were not sent in full and the very important part about measuring the width of the car and cutting the strips/getting the towers in place equally wasn't included - wasn't explained. Watched videos - third party and by the rack manufacturer. Would be nice to have plastic pads to protect the paint included within the packaging

I received the glass quickly and well packaged. I had ordered two different glass with kits. The first arrived without the kit. That delayed our appointment with the installer. The kit went to California(???) It finally arrived the same day as the second glass arrived. NONE of this was the OMAC error. It was FED EX I assume(?)

Good roof bars
Shipping was fast. Car roof bars are built well and hold on very well so far. Directions were a bit confusing but overall didn’t take long to put on. Would recommend.
