I did not take pictures this time. I was extremely excited when they quickly arrived, that I immediately replaced them at night. Deep pocket coverage and again covering the driver's foot rest. Purchased this second set for my another vehicle I recently purchased. Front and rear on a Nissan Rogue...Love love love need some for my 65 Ford F100...hint hint

El día que llegó no se me notifico y al caducar los días el paquete ha vuelto al remitente.
Muy mala experiencia y muy mala comunicación por parte del vendedor OMAC que no hace seguimiento del pedido.
Muy mala experiencia no lo aconsejo a nadie.

I liked the look but had fit issues. Company was great to work with
I really liked the boards that came for my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum but I wasn't able to get the brackets to work for me. The OMAC team was great and responsive and the return was easy. I wish it would have worked as they looked sturdy and fit the style of the car well

Item delivered but not received and they replaced it after 14 days, gave refund 15%
I bought floor mats on December 28th, I got notified on January 2nd and directly went outside after the notification but no package around. I sent a complaint to them and the carrier.
Update on January 11th: After complaint, the problem is not resolved yet (11 days after the so-called delivery). I was still waiting for my package. I sent a reminder to them after.
Update on January 13th: After discussing the issue with customer care, they sent me a replacement.
I received the package on January 16th. This matter could have been resolved much earlier if my claim had been properly addressed on the first day.
The floor mats are a little bit thinner than expected but they do the job and fit well with my Elantra 2013.
Another update: They gave me a refund of 15% of the total price to compensate the bad experience.

Excellent Customer Service!
We purchased bikes for our kids and had the bikes shipped to where we were celebrating and needed to purchase a bike rack to get them home. We were in a time crunch to get it before heading home. The customer service agent, Evelyn, I think, went above and beyond and let the warehouse know that our order needed to ship out that day, December 26th, for us to get it in time. So appreciated the excellent customer service and compassion. And we got the rack in time to test it out and get our kids new bikes home safely!

Beim Kauf wurde ich mehrfach ausreichend informiert und was besonders lobenswert ist: in den 2 Paketen lag auch jeweils direkt der Retoure-Schein für kostenlose Rücksendung dabei! Finde ich klasse, da man ja vorher nicht genau wusste, wie das Produkt ist.
