Perfect Fit for a Jeep Renegade
I ordered Jeep Renegade Floor Mats Liners Full Set All Weather. This car is a second car for running around town. For the price, I'm pleased. They are flexible and a good fit with edges that capture water. My main car has liners also which are not flexible, thicker and sturdier. I'm not complaining because these do the job and protect the carpet below. For the price and for a Jeep Renegade with years, but not miles (2018 w/ 38,000), on it this is perfect. I was always aware of where my shipment was in the process.

Ordering process was easy and quick
Ordering process was easy and quick. Only problem I had was it was delivered on Sunday May 31. Our business is open Monday thru Friday we are not a resident. I am glad on Monday morning I was able to locate the package outside of the building. Suggestion; when placing an order, the option of when and where to delivery would be helpful. Overall good!

I ordered an item on May 22, 2026 and while the website states fast shipping (2-5 days with shipping it same day if you order before 2pm)...HAHAHA, joke is on you, they don't. And yes, I gave them grace for the holiday in there. I still have not received my item and its now June 2, 2026. I have called and emailed and they keep giving me the run around and stating that they handed off the item to USPS (they need to NOT use USPS) and they have no control over it. This place has horrible customer service and LIES about their shipping times.

The roof rack was poorly packed and apparently just thrown in a box so it rattled around and broke the box causing items to fall out and go missing. Attempting to get a refund or replacement. They are less than helpful in this regard.

Great product came packaged well , easy to get rid of the packaging does not take up space , I love the mats on the porshe at first I was skeptical about the quality but when I got it in my hand its thick and it looks nice , which makes me feel bad to dirty it up lol . Great product. However, although the item states it is applicable to a 2012 Toyota Tundra, the manual only shows how to install for a '14 and forward. Emailed the company and got no response.

When you contacted us about the fitment concern, we provided a prepaid return label within the return period so the mats could be returned for a full refund if they did not meet your expectations. Since we did not receive the return back, we hope you were ultimately able to make use of the product.

I ordered mud flaps for my truck and…
I ordered mud flaps for my truck and according to their website they would fit my truck. Fronts fit great so I installed them and moved to the rear, and they didn't fits the vehicle. Contacted OMAC and after numerous emails requesting more photos and finaly asked me to wait for engineering to evaluate they determined they are not correct for my vehicle and sent an RMA. Now they refuse to give a full refund because I installed the fronts and had new holes added per the install instructions. They have now updated the website to list the specific vehicle they would fit on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Once you contacted us regarding the fitment concern, our team worked with you through multiple emails to review the issue carefully with our engineering department before issuing a return authorization. Upon receiving the returned item, we found the front mud flaps had visible signs of use. As outlined in our return policy, products must be returned in original and resellable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Everything turned out okay. However, parts were missing and it took a few emails and phone calls along with having to send packaging photos and missing parts descriptions to customer service. The missing parts eventually showed up.
At the end of the day, the product I purchased looks and works great.

Good looking big deflector
One of our vendors has the exact bug deflector and I was impressed on how well it fit and that it covered the whole front end instead of 3/4. So I ordered but the manager didn't want to put any on the new vans. So it was totally my fault having to send it back. Great customer service and issue resolved quickly
