Wonderful Panettone!
Olivieri1882 is a terrific company that makes wonderful panettone! I've purchased their panettone a few times, and it never disappoints. The flavor and texture are outstanding! What I especially like about this company is that they bake panettone all year long ... not just at Christmas!

Ho assaggiato la Colomba Classica di Olivieri 1882: impasto soffice e ben lavorato, qualità alta come sempre, ma rispetto al loro panettone l’ho trovata meno sorprendente. Buona ed equilibrata, anche se un po’ povera di canditi per essere una classica.

We would like to kindly clarify that the Panettone purchased was our 500 g version, as specified on the product page and packaging. This format is intentionally smaller than our traditional 1 kg Panettone and is also reflected in the final price of the product.
We created this size to offer a lighter and more accessible option, perfect for smaller occasions or for discovering new flavors, while maintaining the same attention to ingredients, long natural leavening process, and product quality that define Olivieri 1882.
